Starting life in a New School: a Re:Zero fanfic

Three

Subaru, Emilia, and the three other girls walked to class. Emilia had told Subaru that she'd requested for him to be put into her class, so that meant he'd be in the same class as all the pretty girls he'd just met. Subaru felt like a massive perv, but had enough self-control to keep himself in check. The corridors were long, and seemed to get longer. Subaru then noticed the girls had all turned into a room, and he was still walking down the corridor!

Subaru panicked. He sporadically glanced left and right, in hopes of seeing which room they'd gone off into. But it was of no use. He was lost, well and truly. He held his head in his hands, thinking of how the teacher, or worse, Emilia, would react. Fortunately, he was saved by a legend. A cat-eared, crossdressing, Nyah-ing one
"Hey, are you lost-nya?"
Subaru lifted his head. It was that Felix boy.
"Felix.. your name is Felix, right?"
"Nyeah, I'm Felix. I saw you. New student."
Subaru thought of why anyone, would want to help a new boy. School wasn't like this where he was from.
"Are you lost?" Felix asked him
"Y-yeah, I'm supposed to be in the same class as Emilia" Subaru said.
"Oh! I know where that is. I'll take you there!" He said, enthusiastically.
Subaru smiled. "My name is Subaru Natsuki."
Felix grinned back. "I'm Felix Argyle"
Felix guided him to his class. Not late, nor early. Just on time.
The teacher, a tall, clown-haired bloke, looked at him then smiled. "Ah, you must be Subaru. Welcome to Lugnica high. My name is Roswaal. I am your class teacher."
Subaru was sat next to Frederica on a table. The classroom had one line of three tables which held four down the middle, and two lines of three tables that held two down the edges. Subaru was placed at the back of the classroom, on a table that held two.
"Hey" Frederica whispered to him.
Subaru looked at her confusedly "hey.. me?"
She smiled "Of course! Who else would I talk to?" Subaru had taken her for the type who yelled across the room to a friend. Guess you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover.
"What's, um, what's up?" He asked. The response was shocking to him.
"Did you get lost already? You smell like Felix."
Subaru's pupils shrank. How the hell did she know? Well, actually, she was a beast human, so it wasn't too strange for her to be able to smell other people.
"Well, yeah, I think." Subaru responded.
Fredrica jerked back and laughed. Her chest bounced upwards.
"Don't feel bad! Those twins got lost on their first day as well." She remarked.
Subaru did feel a little better when this comment was made. He quite liked Fredrica. Just got a good impression of her. He Smiled.
Roswaal spoke up. "Simmer down, class is starting."
