“Should we wake her up?”  “No, she’s had a rough day.  Just let her sleep.”  I opened an eye, and looked at the three boys above me.  “Sorry, did we wake you?”  I shook my head, and sat up.  “What time is it?”  “6:00.  You hungry?”  I nodded.  I wasn’t sure how much I could eat, but I could probably get something down.  “You like Chinese?  I don’t really cook.”  Pierce asked with a sly smile.  “Yeah, that sounds good.  I’ll have fried rice.”  He nodded, and asked the other two what they wanted before he picked up the phone.  He didn’t even have to look up the number, so I’m guessing he got chinese a lot.  Ryan left with Pierce, and Drake sat in a chair in my room.  “I’m uh, sorry I threw the remote at your door.”  He smiled, because obviously this was amusing to him.  “And?”  I furrowed my eyebrows at him.  “And what?”  He shrugged.  “I don’t know, I was hoping you’d apologize for something else like they do in movies.”  I rolled my eyes, thankful that we were back to where we used to be.  After Pierce ordered, he and Ryan came back to sit down on the end of my bed.  Drake turned the t.v. on, and Paranormal Activity 3 was on.  “Can we change it?”  He shook his head, stubbornly, and I reached for the remote.  He held it above his head, which of course, I couldn’t reach due to my side hurting a little.  “You know what, I was starting to forgive you for the whole remote battery thing.  Never mind now.”  I looked over at Drake, who was lit up with amusement over the fact that I hated this.  He looked at me, and I rolled my eyes at him in return.  There was a knock on the door, and he ran to go get it.  I took this opportunity to turn the t.v. off.  “Here’s your food.  That’ll be $20.97.”  I could barely hear a voice from the door.  I heard the door slam, and Drake walked back into my room.  “We’re going to go eat in our rooms, if that’s ok.”  I nodded as they left with their containers of food.  Drake handed me my food, and a pair of chopsticks.  I looked over at him, and he was eating with his chopsticks.  I got a fork out of the bag, and was about to scoop up my food.  “Why a fork?”  “I never learned how to use them.”  I shrugged.  “I can teach you?”  “Ok, if you want.”  I picked up mine, and tried to hold them how he showed me.  I couldn’t make them come together, and he started laughing.  I smiled, because I knew it would hurt to laugh.  “Here, let me help.”  He moved closer to me, and took my hand in his.  I kind of flinched, but didn’t feel as scared as usual.  “Like this.”  I wasn’t paying any attention to the chopsticks, but to the way my hand felt in his.  It felt nice, not scary at all.  I began to get scared of the fact that I was comfortable with this, so I pulled away. “Got it.”  I nodded, and looked up.  He was closer than I anticipated, and I soon found my blue eyes caught in his green ones.  I looked away, when I realized how long we had been looking at each other.  “You’re so cute when you blush.”  I looked at him, and laughed a little without hurting myself.  “Thanks, I guess.”  I looked at my rice, and stuck the chopsticks in it.  Rice went flying everywhere, and I think we even had some in our hair.  We were laughing hysterically, as we continued to eat.  He cleaned up the remains of our food later on, and threw them away.  The medicine was finally starting to work, so I could laugh without feeling like I was going to die.  I had to pee really bad, due to the Dr. Pepper, so I told him to carry me to the bathroom, and I hopped on one foot to the toilet after shutting the door.  After I did my business, I hopped back in my room and laid on my bed.  “What time is it?”  “About 12:00.”  I yawned.  “I think I’m going to go to bed if that’s ok.”  “Ok, I’m getting pretty tired myself.”  I smiled.  “Alright, goodnight then.”  Before I laid down, I got a pair of basketball shorts, and a t-shirt to sleep in.  I hopped to the bathroom to change, and put my hair up again before going back out.  When I took my shirt off, rice fell out of my bra, and onto the floor.  I started laughing, and Drake knocked on the door.  “You ok?”  I could hear laughter from the other side.  “Yeah, I’m all good.”  I slipped the shirt over my head, and couldn’t help but notice his laughter.  I didn’t deny the fact that I liked him, but I tried not to fall head over heals because he was going to turn out to be just like every other guy.  I was about to hop around the corner, when I ran into something.  I was expecting to feel the impact when I fell backwards, but it never came.  Instead, I felt two muscular arms wrapped around me.  I opened my eyes to see two green ones staring back at me.  I squirmed at the close contact we had while he held me.  “You need to be more careful.”  He winked, and stood me up.  “Sorry.”  I smiled, as I continued walking to my room.  Maybe he wouldn’t turn out like the others.  I laid in my bed, and sighed as I thought about everything that has happened in the past few days.
