11 years after Junior High Graduation, at old campus, 4:12 pm.
How nostalgic. The blonde thought as she looks around the forest of her junior high days. She was walking on the same rocky path, to the same destination. She can feel the wind blowing and brushing her blonde locks as she walks. She was wearing simple denim shorts, white shirt over a red thin jacket and some simple white sneakers. Not really common for a 25 year old to wear, in public.
She was also carrying her phone, a boquet of roses and a strawberry cake. She was visiting him, the teacher she loved and admired the most.
Everything changed, so many things changed.
Her hair grew longer, she grew taller, and she had a job! She was living her life, enjoying like she's suppose to. She was on a break today from her work, and she left her dotting brother on his own house with his wife and daughter alone. She decided to visit the most unforgetable place to her.
It's been 11 years and maybe some ordinary dude would just move on. But to her it was precious. The time, the place, and the people. Since she was working overseas, she couldn't visit at the right time. She was always busy. A one month break was a good time to go back at Japan to visit some good friends and family.
Although she came back 2 days ago, none of her friends knew she came back yet. She plan to tell them soon, especially to him, of course.
She stopped her tracks the moment she arrived at the end of the rocky stairs. She can't help but creep a smile at the sight of the old building, still clean and standing. She walks to the entrance of the building, and went to a familiar path to the faculty office.
The moment she slides the door open, she felt goosebumps. It was a brief moment but she felt like her senseis were there. And as if they looked at her and smiled happily.
Tears started to slowly stream down her cheeks as she approach the desks. Ah, I can't hold my tears. She thought as she placed the cake and the roses on yellow octopus' table eleven years ago. She smiled softly. She was a little surprised to see a boquet of tulips too.
Maybe someone visited before she did.
"Good afternoon, Koro-sensei... I came to visit." She mumbled as the tears still fall from her eyes. Fuck, since when did she become this soft? She's a 25 year old bitch already. She chuckled, and wipes her tears and takes the cake before heading to the door.
Before stepping out, she gave a side glance at the desks. See you when I see you, Koro-sensei... She thought and smiled before going out and sliding the door shut. She sighed and decided to walk to their classroom.
Looking around she noticed how clean it was. Hmm, I heard Okano and Kurahashi uses the mountain and the building for their careers. She thought and smiled, finally stopping in front of the classroom.
Her tracks stopped, her eyes widened, and her lips slowly parted the moment she saw a familiar tall red head in his very seat. Also looking at her in big surprise. Unlike before, he looked more like a mature man. He's probably her new type!
"...Rio?" He mumbled, loud enough for her to hear all the way from the door. Well, he wasn't sure if she was married already and she's forgotten about him and since they were close friends back then, it wouldn't hurt calling her that right? A blushed creeped on her cheek the moment she heard him say her given name.
Well, that's a first.
"K-Karma... What a surprise." She stuttered the name she hasn't said and heard in years. What the hell is he, of all people, doing here? She thought then walked to her original seat, about 2 seats away from his. He smiled at how mature she's become. It's been 11 years, of course she'd grow this mature. He thought.
"I'm surprised myself. I'd never thought you to come here alone." He answered and stood up, slowly walking to the blonde. He stopped on her side, as she was faced on her table and was placing the cake on it. It was a two feet distance between them.
"I was given a one month break, so I came back for vacation." She said with a small smile on her face then looked back at him. "I planned to tell you, especially. But I wanted to visit the old building first." She answered him. Karma smiled back.
"I missed you." He finally said, unable to control himself. He suddenly felt like melting when he saw her smile softened and brightened as she let put a soft laugh.
Without another hesitation left in her, she faced him fully and hugged him and he hugged back quickly. Embracing her waist, burying his head on her neck, sniffing the familiar fragrance, and finally catching the warmth he's been waiting for in the past years of its absence.
"Damn it, you looked so mature, for a second, I thought you were already married to someone else." He mumbled on her neck, tightly hugging her. Rio laughed at his useless and unbelievable thoughts. "Are you an idiot? Don't you think I still remember your confession right before we left this campus?" She told him.Yeah. This bitch confessed to her about two days before they got back to the campus.

A Little Flashback, 11 years ago, Classroom.
It was announced that they'll be going back in the main campus next week. The whole class was delighted but also quite sad. All of them were back home and the ones on duty were left alone in the class. Lucky for Rio, the red head didn't skip his afternoon duties this time, and they finished quickly.
The blonde rose from her seat taking her bag with her as the red head approach her figure. She pushed back her seat then glanced at the red head who was still there and doesn't seem to plan on going home yet. "Karma? You need something?" She asked him.
With that their eyes met, and his eyes look pretty serious. She was slightly taken aback by it, since she doesn't see him this serious most of the time.
"I like you."
End of Flashback.

And Boom!
After that, he said nothing more and left the classroom. The next day of class, finally in the main campus, he was constantly clinging to her, especially in private. The others assume that it's just them being close, because they never told them that they were dating. At least, they both know that she hasn't responded to his confession yet, and that he's still waiting.
"Good. At least you're smart enough to remember that, and know that I'm still waiting." He said, again. Rio rolled her eyes in half hearted annoyance. He's so cute, I can't even get angry. She thought.
"Then my answer is no." She answered him, hugging him more tight.
"Because you love me now?" He just said, softly brushing his lips on her neck. She smirked sheepishly.
"Damn, I hate how smart you are."
"I love you too."
