I flung the curtains open and let the rays from the sun hit Riley's face until she woke up. Once her eyes focused they landed on me with a frown.
"What the fuck you got going on?" She asked as she adjusted to the light.
"I should be asking you that, you the one kissing bitches." I told her, making her freeze mid yawn and stretch. "Yea Travis told me when he brought you home last night."
"Bae I swear to God I didn't mean to. I was just fucked up and she kissed me, but I promise I—"
"Relax, young grasshopper." Chris snickered. "I ain't mad, if I was you'a still be slumped on the couch like you was last night."
"But I like.. kinda cheated on you."
"You think I'd be this calm I thought you cheated on me? You ain't cheat, you just had a lil too much fun that's all. Long as you wasn't kissing on no nigga and you ain't go home with the bitch. Let that shit happen again though or let the bitch try to brag on it, and I'ma pay somebody to beat the bitch ass. She knew what she was doing way more than you knew what you was doing."
"You gotta keep calling her a bitch though?"
"Yea, I'on respect bitches that don't respect my relationship."
"Mmm. Well I'm still sorry for even putting my lips on somebody else other than my man. Just thinking about it makes me feel like I cheated."
"Then don't think about it. If I ain't worried bout it then you don't need to be." Riley finally sat up instantly grabbing her head. "Only thing you need to worry 'bout is getting this alcohol out your system before them rascals wake up. I know that ass got a hangover."
"Hell yea, I'm never drinking again."
"That's what they all say. I got you a' omelette from Blu Jam to soak up all that alcohol. Go' head eat that and by the time you done I'ma have a bath ready so you can sweat all them toxins out."
Riley crept a smile on her face. "You too good to me, BooBoo." She attempted to grab my face for a kiss and I snatched back. "You got that bitch on your lips, gone take care of that first."
She sucked her teeth and climbed all the way out of bed heading for the bathroom. After Ry did her morning routine she climbed back into bed and hovered over me, kissing my lips three times. "Thank you for putting my bonnet on last night too."
"Mhmm," I kissed her one more time and sat her all the way down on my lap. "You wasn't finna cuss me out cus yo' hair falling out."
"Whatever. Where my babies at, they awake?" Riley asked. "Go see." I responded. She slid a pair of my shorts over her bare legs and exited the room. Five seconds later, I heard a loud gasp followed by the words "what the fuck" and "bitch" in its highest possible octave.
I followed Riley to the living room to look at the sight. Riley and India was hugging and rocking each other back and forth like church ladies. "Surprise, ma. Y'all need to watch y'all language with my babies in here too."
"Y'all so lame! Why you ain't tell me you was coming?" Riley asked.
"That's the point of a surprise, ain't it? And it was literally last minute. Chris called me at ten o'clock my time asking how to wrap your hair for you. He told me you got drunk as fuck and was kissing on bitches and that the next time you go out somewhere it gotta be with me since obviously them LA bitches don't know how to be friends." India explained in detail. I nodded in agreement.
"So how long you here for?" Riley asked as we all trailed to the couch.
"However long I need to be. I know Yasmin's back in school so I'll be nanny Indy for a while. Brooke's letting me crash in her second room so I have a place to stay while I'm here."
