"Sire, the Kings have all responded, they have agreed to meet at Glendower. The excuse is that it is equidistant from all the tribes and a good peaceful meeting ground. I think there is more to it Sire, but we have run out of options."

"Very well son, ensure that we are prepared for the journey. We will be taking 50 warriors with us."

"Sire? Why are we travelling this heavy?"

"I always say that it is better to be prepared than sorry that you didn't. We will not go into the city with all our men, half will remain at the star pools."

"Yes, Sire!" Edan was unsure as to what the reasons behind this preparation were, but had absolute faith in his master and his experience in battle.

The last of the Battle Lords were the late Kings of the mighty tribes. The new generations knew nothing of war and wondered why men were still training to join the guard. They believed that the Lords selected the strong men to show status and power.

Little did Edan know that the mere meeting at Glendower would break another seal for the shifting future of Entirisia. It was foretold that the son of the fire Lord would make a treaty that would spread its flames towards the heart of the knowledgeable city, which would unshackle the change.

The King had ensured that he had written a letter for his son, in the hope that he would return and read it if anything were to happen to him. He finally was able to open up his heart to say the things he had always wanted to leave his son with. Why love has to indeed be such a complex matter in the spirit one cannot always answer. What was a true fact was that Aris loved his son more than anything in the whole of Entirisia and he never truly felt betrayed or disappointed in his son for long. There are no boundaries to be drawn for those of your own blood and the sacrifices that he had made in life would otherwise be considered useless. Meaning comes in that to which we hold value and dear in our hearts.

Camp Titus lay barren as evil had spread its clutches over all those who had tried to protect it. Desolated lands lay waiting to be occupied by new protectors. It would not be long before all eyes would fail and The Pit would be free, breaking yet another seal. It was down to the King to change things, but would he really want to?
