New Year's Day (a BVB fanfic)

Chapter Seven

Seriya's P.O.V

"What happened?" I asked Alex now really worried.

"I woke up this morning and I couldn't find Damen. I checked his place and yours. I can't find him anywhere. He isn't answering my calls or texts. Have you seen him? Has he contacted you?" I could hear the worry in his voice.

"No I haven't. Don't worry he'll turn up somewhere. Check Denny's or something he might just be getting something to eat. Don't worry I'm sure he's fine. He disappears often but he always comes back home."

"Okay I will, tell me if he calls you okay?"

"Alright. Don't get to worried he's around somewhere." We hung up. Andy looked at me questioning what happened.

"Damen disappeared from Alex's place. He'll turn up. He always does."

"Hey Ash. You're up?" Andy said looking over my shoulder at Ashley.

"Uh yeah I am." He said scratching the back of his head and looking at me.

"How about when all the other guys get up we go out to eat?" I suggested everyone agreed. Ashley came over and sat beside me placing his arm around me. I felt Andy tense up. I looked at him but his eyes were fixed on Ashley's arm. I guess Ashley noticed his reaction to because he move his arm placing back at his side. At this moment Shawna woke up.

"Hey gu--- um everyone okay?" She asked sensing the tension.

"Yeah everything's fine." Andy replied. All of a sudden my phone started to vibrate again.

"Ugh what now?.... Hello?" I answered.

"Riy.... Damen's in the hospital.... he was wandering last night and got hit by a car..." Alex said slowly. I gasped.

"Is he.... did he..." I couldn't form a sentence.

"He's alive...but he's in.... he's in a coma. They don't know if he'll make it. I'm really sorry. I got to go the doctor is coming back. I'll keep you posted."

"Alright." I said with tears brimming my eyes. All of this was my fault. If I had just listened to what he had to say he wouldn't have been so incoherent. He wouldn't have walked around in the streets. He wouldn't have gotten hit. He wouldn't be in a coma. I started to full out cry. This is all my doing.

"Seriya... Seriya stop. Hun what happened? What's wrong?" Shawna said crouching in front of me.

"Damen's been in an accident. He might not make it... this is all my fault!!" I cried helplessly. Andy grabbed my shoulders and then forced me to look in his eyes.

"None of this is your fault. None of it. You couldn't control his decisions. He did this to himself not you. So don't blame yourself. Its not your fault." He pulled me into his arms and I cried into his chest. After I managed to calm down we got up and went to the kitchen. I went straight the alcohol bottles on the table. I took a shot of vodka and then I sat down on a bar stool place the bottle infront of me.

"You shouldn't drink this early, especially on an empty stomach." Ashley said from behind me.

"I never thought my New Year's would be like this." I said putting my head in my hands.

"You're not alone." Andy said sitting next to me. (A.N I may or may not have been listening to Carolyn when I wrote this....)

"Yeah we're here for you, we'll help you get through this." Ashley said.

They sat and comforted me for an hour or so before Jinxx, CC, and Jake came down. Everyone else who had stayed over that night said goodbye to Shawna before getting into their cars and driving off. The rest of us went out to eat.

A.N hey everyone sorry this is short and shitty but exams are in a few days and I'm really stressed out. So I'll try an update whenever possible but it might not be for a while. I was going to incorporate Ashley's P.O.V into this chapter but that will take me a while to do and I really wanted to update something. The next chapter I post will be in Ashley's view and possibly Shawna's since I haven't really shown her side of things or revealed much of her story. I'm having some slight writers block as well so please comment and give me some ideas it might help my progress. Comment and Vote!!! -S
