After my mom's death I thought dad takes all her money and everything that belong to her. I never heard anything from them.

Is that why dad still keeps me? Because he still can't get ahold of my mom's money?

"How is this happen?" I ask surprise.

"Before your mom's death she already wrote her will. And to make sure your father will not know about her will she separated the important things to make sure your father won't find out"

"And those things are?"

"You're going to get it after you marriage"

"I can't wait for that"

"I'm sorry, but here you can read it, though you're going to take it after marriage, like I said" he said lending me a piece of paper.

I take it from him and read the letter. Skipping some part and read the things she leave for me.

"...500 million dollars, my journal and the family heirloom. She will have this things after she got married but if not she will have inherit it in the age of 25..."

Those were the things I read that stuck in my head. Seriously? 500 million dollars? I could already leave my father's place with this money.

Mom I love you so much but at the age of 25 or after I get married?

"What is this family heirloom anyway?" I just ask taking my attention away from the money that can be my ticket long ago.

"Actually the heirloom was gone, but we have a picture" he said taking picture from the envelope and place in in front of me.

It is necklace with a big aqua stone in the middle, there is also another stone, smaller than the other in the end with an indigo color

"Why is this missing?" I ask tracing the picture with my finger.

"After the incident, we collected some of her properties inside the car but then we saw a jewellery box open and we suspected that she was robbed" he explain.

"And the journal?"

"It is safe"

"Thank you Luis" I said and give him a small smile.

"Always, now that you know my number you can contact me if you need anything. I am sorry for not being there with you after your mom's death but it is also her wish for me to stay low and not show myself" he explain covering my open palm with his and give me a reassuring smile.

"I know your mom will be proud of what you are right now"

"I know"

"So, that's all. See you again after you wedding" he said and fix his things.

He get up from his seat and before he pass by he give my shoulder a tap making me calm my nerves.

Looking at his back while he exit the café I look around if there is any people before taking my eyes in my palm.
