We also talk about how did they find out about me and some other things.

“You’re fine being tied to a mafia that your mom warned you about?” he ask and I just nodded.

“I know I can trust you with my life” I said and snuggle closer to him.

I am currently seated in his thigh while he is seated in his office chair that I seated earlier.

“I thought I broke your trust” he whisper and when I look up at him I saw his teasing smile.

“I’m sorry if I jump to conclusions immediately. But you can’t blame me. You’re known as a scary one and I don’t know anything about you not to mention that you hide that we meet way before” I said in defense.

“And beside I don’t know that you already like me” I added smiling at him teasingly making his ear red.

Instead of stopping my laugh I let it out loud.

“Look at you, the scary boss known from both in business and underworld in now blushing. Whi would have though” I said while brushing my hands in his ear.

“How about you? Don’t you fall from your hot husband?” he ask but this time he sound so serious.

“And what if I do? What are you going to do?” I also ask in a serious tone but he look shock at my answer and sooner than later a mischievous smile appear in his face.

“Really?” he ask but I just shrug at him.

“By the way, when are we going to go back in New York?” I ask instead making him pout.

“What I kid” I said and pinch both his cheeks.

“Later this afternoon” he said.

“Really?” I ask excitedly and he nodded.

“Okay, I need to prepare my clothes and tell Jess about this” I said and stand up leaving the room towards our room immediately.

I pack my things immediately and inform Jess.

“Really? Are you leaving already?” she ask after I inform her that we are leaving Italy.

“We already stay longer here tha  plan you know” I answer her back.

“I am really going to miss you again. By the way if you are leaving already I guess you and your hubby already make it up?”

“Yes, we do. And I don’t want to admit it to you but you’re right. I should have listen to his reason first” I said.

“So should I expect to be an aunt the next time I visit New York?” she ask teasingly making me blush.

“Shut up. And I am going to hung up as I still need preparations to make” I said where in fact I already finish packing up.

“Okay, if you need everything you know you can rely on me”

“Of course”

After the call I hung up the call and soon after I felt an arms around me. Just base on his smell and the feeling of being secure without looking back in know it is Brian.

“Are you done packing?” he whisper just beside my ear and I nodded.

“Oh and by the way, I arrange you a place in the company in the accounting department” he inform making me turn around him immediately.

“Seriously?” I ask with delight.

“Yup, anything for you” he said kissing my forehead.

“Thank you so much, you don’t know how happy I am because of it”

“Will we still have many years together in order to learn about it” he said teasingly making me to laugh.

Later that afternoon we boarded in his private jet towards New York. I am finally going back home after so many weeks.

“By the way, this is going to be your first time seeing my penthouse in New York. So prepare yourself to be amaze in my living space” he said proudly.

“Will then, I am looking forward to it” I said.

“Is it as big as your mansion in Italy?” I ask and he shake his head no.

“Not really that big, I think enough space is a correct term to describe the penthouse. I am living alone and the house taker comes only thrice a week to clean the house and sometimes George stay there but not too long” he explain.

We talk more until the plane landed and now we are riding his car that is already prepared once we landed. His driver takes us in his penthouse and help us take our luggage.

Just like what he said the house is not really that big but have an enough space for a family.

Most of the walls is made by a glass. The kitchen is connected to the dining area.

“All of your things are already move in our room” he said and I nodded.

While walking toward our room he explain to me the house structure.

Unfortunately the house has a total of four rooms together with the master bedroom. Each room has its own bathroom. All of the rooms are located in the second floor.

He also have his own office with a small bookshelves inside. There is also a big pool in his yard with a little bonfire in the left side of the pool.

We unpack and fix our luggage before we decided to order a food delivery as we are so tired to cook or more like he don’t want me to cook saying that the flight is tiring.

We are eating our ordered food while watching a movie in the living room. After that he said that his just going to check the company.

He takes his phone and started making a phone call. He really is a busy person and is very workaholic.

He said that I am going to start working the day after tomorrow so I think I will just go and visit Neth even though I don’t want to go back in that house anymore.

I hope father didn’t do anything bad at her. Especially my evil step-sister Wendy. And I hope that she is not in the house when I’m going to visit tomorrow.
