The most excruciating headache jarred me from my slumber, and the ridiculous amount sunlight flooding my room through the full height windows had my head throbbing like it would detonate at any moment. I usually always remembered to close those stupid drapes before I went to sleep, but come to think of it, I didn't even remember going to bed last night.

I laid quietly with my eyes closed trying to understand why my head was pounding in sync with my heartbeat. Then suddenly, it hit me like a ton of bricks... apparently the same ones that had fallen on my head.

Oh shit... Oh shit.... Oh shit...

Jungkook was here last night, and I was so...

Oh shit!

Automatically assuming the worst, I popped up like a jack in the box with the sheet gripped tightly over my chest and forced my eyes open, which I instantly regretted as the room spun around me, but I was too panicked to focus on the pain. I surveyed my body, and then my surroundings, before breathing a deep sigh of relief.

"Oh thank God."

There was no sign of Jungkook, and thankfully, the majority of my clothes were still on. Although relieved, I couldn't deny that there was a sliver of disappointment as well. Waking up to his gorgeous face would not have been a bad thing.

Despite the fact that I felt like there was an elephant stomping on my brain, I couldn't help but smile when I noticed two ibuprofen tablets and a bottle of water on my bedside table. From that moment, I was thoroughly convinced that Jungkook was some sort of angel who'd been sent to me from the heavens above. So, with a silent 'thank you', I downed the pills and most of the water in one gulp.

When I grabbed my phone to check the time, I realized that I had a text and some missed calls and voicemails. Apparently, Siwon had called a few times last night after Jungkook arrived. In hindsight, I was grateful that I'd accidentally left my phone in the bedroom when I rushed to answer the door.

Glowering at the screen, I swiped away the missed call notifications and voicemail alerts so I could focus back on the text that had come in only about an hour before. Even though I hadn't had a chance to program his phone number yet, I remembered it from yesterday in the car. I knew it was him, and the anticipation had my heart beating double time. I quickly tapped the screen and opened the text to read it:

Hi. I hope you slept well. Leaving you and your warm bed was difficult, but I had a 10am class and needed to get home so I could get washed up and changed. Also, just in case you're freaking out cus you don't remember what happened, we did make out a little but nothing more than that. I hope you don't have any regrets cus I certainly don't. I enjoyed our night together, and I can only hope it wasn't our last. If your head feels the way I imagine it does, you probably already took the pills, but be sure to drink all of the water, too. I'll check in on you a little later on, but for now, rest.

Gosh, he's such a sweetheart.

Warmth spread throughout my entire body as I clutched my phone to my chest and fell back onto my pillow in the most dramatic fashion. Jungkook slept in my bed last night. God, I really wished I could remember that because I'd never had a guy spend the night in my bed before. I let my mind run wild with thoughts of him spooning and cuddling me all night as I rolled over to his side of the bed and buried my face in the pillow he'd slept on.
