You entered the elevator shaft where your first trial would be in this killing game, with Leon at your side. You looked so nervous, but you tried to hide it. Leon noticed it because he really cared for you, and knew you so well. "Don't worry about it, we'll find the culprit and they'll get executed." He reassured you. "Thanks Leon," You told him.

"I just want to get out here alive, together." "Same here." He responded to you. "I'll do anything to get you out of here alive y/n." Hearing that made you smile. Leon was probably the person you trusted the most at this place, he was the person you cared so much for. You didn't want anything bad happening to him. He put his hand around your waist trying to comfort you. It calmed you down a little bit, knowing you both were there for each other.

The door opened and you went to your podium where Leon was directly across from you. Your eyes met and he gave you a slight smirk. You admired his eyes. The way they looked like the sky you missed seeing everyday, you could stare at them for hours. They looked so nice. But besides that, he looked nervous. The trial had started. Everybody was accusing Makoto but Kyoko had proven those theories wrong. Before you knew it, the blame went to Leon.

You were shocked. "I can't believe you would ever accuse him of murder! That's so low!" You shouted. Everybody looked at you blankly. You were honestly going to breakdown right then and there. "Yea I agree with y/n, I wouldn't do that!" Leon said while shaking his hands in the air. "That's stupid!" He shouted.He wouldn't kill somebody to escape this place!" You exclaimed, trying to defend him.

Then, they brought up the numbers 11037.

"Maybe this was a frame! We don't have any evidence that he was there!" You suggested. "I deny it." Kyoko said. Makoto then asked to see Leon's tool case as a sign of him breaking in the bathroom door. "This is all so stupid! Stupidstupidstupidstupid!" Leon shouted, he was angry, but regretful.

"Tell me it's not true Leon!" You could feel tears forming in your eyes. "Y/n I..." He said. "It was an act of self defense! She was trying to stab me first! Please believe me! I didn't do this so I could escape, I really just wanted to get out of here with y/n." As soon as he said that, you felt a mix of emotions flowing through you, sadness, joy, and regret.

Voting time came, and everybody voted Leon except you. You voted yourself. You couldn't believe what was happening was real. You trusted him so much. The guy you loved, turned out to be a murder due to self defense. The votes got tallied up, and Leon got proven as guilty.

"I forgive you Leon! I believe in you!" You said that while rushing towards him. Hugging him while burying your face in his chest holding on to his jacket tightly. He hugged you back.

"Please don't leave me Leon, not now, not ever! We made a promise to each other didn't we?! You can't leave me!" You then started to cry.

"I hate being the one to break this promise trust me, but please before I go I need to tell you promise me 2 things." He said. "What is it!? Please I'll promise with my whole heart, and I won't break any of them for you! Ever!" You said to him. He started stroking your hair.

"The first thing is to not ever think of me as a murder, I don't want that. You're the thing I love most, I don't want to leave you with that mindset. The second is to promise me that you'll get out of here alive, for me. Alright?" He said.

You didn't want to think of the fact that you're going to loose him. He was so caring of you even when going through this, he wanted to make you feel loved even though he wouldn't be here for you from now on.

"Yes Leon, I won't ever think of anything bad about you, I'll treasure those memories we had together forever and ever. I'll get out of here alive and I'll defeat the mastermind for you. I promise." You told him. 'He doesn't deserve any of this, none of this!' You thought to yourself.

"That's what I like to hear y/n." He responded while looking at you, gave you a smirk then said,

"I love you, please remember that."

"Leon, I love you too, I love you so much. Don't ever leave me Leon! Please."

I won't y/n, I'll never leave you. I promise that to you." Tears we're streaming down your face.

Leon then picked up your chin and you both shared a kiss.

"Well, I hate to interrupt such a heartwarming moment but, it's punishment time!" Monokuma shouted.

He gave you one last smile. Then a chain went around his neck pulling him back. You both reached for each other.

After his execution you swore to yourself that you're going to make it out of here alive, the mastermind will pay for what they've done to him. You're going to stay alive for him. You promised that to him, and you weren't going to break it.
