You heard a knock at your door. By instinct you shouted "Coming!". You took a glance at a mirror before you went to the door, making sure you looked nice before meeting up with Makoto. You then opened the door to great him with a smile. You and Makoto were going out on a Christmas Eve date.

"Hey Makoto!" You said to him. "Hey Y/n!" He replied back with a smile. You them walked out of your house, closed the door then locked it. You and Makoto began to walk to downtown.

Downtown was so beautiful at this time of year, with all the Christmas decorations it seemed like a wonderland. There was an ice skating rink, that's where the two of you were heading.

You then felt cold. You realized you've forgotten your coat when you left your house. You tried to hide the fact that you were freezing but Makoto caught on. You then felt something over your shoulders. You blushed at this when you realized what he was doing. "Here take mine." Makoto said. "Are you sure? I mean I don't want you to get cold..." You said in reply. "Don't worry about that! I always wear so many layers anyways." He said. You giggled, "Yea that's kinda true." The both of you then arrived at the ice skating rink.

"We're finally here!" You spoke. "Let me go get our skates." Makoto offered. You sat down and Makoto came back with your ice skates. 'He's so sweet.' You thought to yourself. The both of you then put on you skates and went on the ice rink. You were both skating along until you realized Makoto's strength isn't ice skating. You then grabbed his hand in an attempt to keep him in balance. The both of you skated together holding hands. Suddenly Makoto lost his balance, dragging you down to him too. The both of you giggled at this, Makoto's face was red from embarrassment but you thought it was cute. The both of you then got up and decided it was enough and to head back to Makoto's house.

The two of you began to walk to his place, Makoto then grabbed your hand. "Sorry for being such a clutz." He apologized while putting his other free hand behind his neck. 'It's so adorable when he does that.' You though. "No! I don't think you're a clutz, you're just, really cute that's all!" You said to him, your face red. He giggled at your expression on your face, but also blushed at the compliment you had given him. The two of you arrived at his place, he opened the door and let you in. You took off his coat that he had given you and placed it on a chair. "So what did you think of doing here? You said you wanted to keep it a surprise." You told Makoto. "We'll I was just thinking we could uh, make a ginger bread house together!" He said. "That's great! I would like that." You told him in reply. Makoto bought a ginger bread house kit earlier, so the two of you began making the house.

You then looked up at Makoto and saw that he had frosting on his cheek. "You have something on your face." You told him. "O-oh I do?" He said. "Here let me get it for you." You took your finger and brushed it against his cheek where the frosting was, then licked it off your finger. This action caused Makoto to heat up and you giggled at his reaction. When you were finished with the gingerbread house, the two of you sat down on his couch by the fireplace.

"Why don't I make us some hot chocolate?" Makoto suggested. "That would be great!" You said in reply. You looked at the fireplace and then Makoto came back with the hot chocolate. He handed one glass over to you. "Thanks." You said to him with a smile. "It's the least I could do for you." You smiled at this compliment. The both of you enjoyed your company together and then finished your hot chocolates, while cuddling. "Look up." Makoto said. You glanced upwards towards the ceiling and noticed something.

A mistletoe.

When you glanced back down. Makoto's lips were on yours. You were shocked at this, but quickly melted into the kiss. Makoto looked up at you and said,

"Merry Christmas, I'm so grateful for you."
