UPDATE - PLEASE READ

Hey guys, before you get your hopes up I'm gonna tell you that no, this sadly isn't a chapter update.

I haven't updated in like 3 weeks and I feel like I owe you guys an explanation. First of all, I WILL be finishing this story. I've gotten a lot of questions about it and I want everyone to know that I will be completing it. 

Second of all, I want to thank all of you for your patience. It means a lot to me that you guys are being so supportive and respectful and are patiently waiting for the next chapter. Your dedication to this story is unbelievable and I can't thank you enough.

Now, I'm going to explain what's taking me so long to update.

As you may or may not know, I am a freshman in college studying Biology on a Pre-med track. As you could imagine, I have a very heavy workload. Obviously things are different now with Covid and I had to adjust my schedule and what not. As much as I love this story and love you guys, my academics will always come first to me. My education is very important to me and I am really passionate about the field I want to go into. So, if I have to choose between my classes and writing this fic...I'm going to choose my classes.

I promise you guys that I have the next chapter planned out and some of it is written, but as I've said in the past, I would rather hold off on uploading for a bit to give you guys a high quality, long chapter than give you guys a crappy short chapter every weekend. As soon as I have time I will continue to write and edit the chapter and it will be uploaded.

I've also started a new social media account. A lot of you guys follow my drarry instagram account (drarry_palfoy) where I post imagines/art in support of the drarry ship. I have decided to also set up a TikTok account to post about my shifting experiences and other Harry Potter related videos.

I will be more active on the TikTok account than I will be here for the next bit of time and I also really want to connect with you guys on more than just Instagram and talk to you guys about more than just Drarry. It would mean a lot if you guys followed.

You can also give me prompts you want me to use for this fanfic on TikTok or Instagram, but if you guys have any questions about shifting and stuff you can ask me on TikTok :)...(that was a shameless plug)

Anyway, I just want to say again that I will be updating the rest of this fanfiction but it will take me some time at the moment and I appreciate the patience and support you guys are giving me :).
