Akaashi Keiji stared up at the sticky stars that decorated his ceiling. His arm rested against his forehead, curls making small indents on his pale skin.
He swung his legs over the edge of the bed, not wanting to leave the warmth but knowing he would be late to practice if he didn't.
Akaashi walked into the bathroom to brush his teeth and wash his face. He slips in his contacts, getting mildly irritated when his eyes water.
He blinks a few times and wipes the tears from his cheeks, sighing gently.
He grabs the black waterproof eyeliner from the counter and puts a little on, something none of his teammates had caught onto yet.
Making his way back into his bedroom, Akaashi grabs his freshly washed school uniform and slips it on.
He makes sure to grab all of his schoolwork and books, including his new astrology book.
He grabs the gym bag he packed last night and went out to his kitchen. He grabbed his lunch, also packed last night, and set it next to his belongings.
He checked the time on his phone. 5:30am, plenty of time to make some breakfast instead of eating a granola bar.
He set to work on his miso and white rice, humming the tune to a melody he had never heard before.
After he ate his light breakfast and cleaned up after himself, he grabbed his belongings and made his way out of the door. He noticed that his mom's car wasn't outside.
This was a fairly normal occurrence, as his mom worked many late nights. He made sure to bless his home before making the short walk to school.
