Predacon Outcast

Chapter 9.

I hid behind Zetas leg so the mean connies won't see me, hugging Snuffles tightly. Just then a big bubble appeared over Zeta and me, I don't know what it is. But I peeked out from behind the Autobot to see 4 of those connies, my eyes widen as I remember 3 of them. 2 of them were there when the Autobots found me, and one of them was Megatron... He looked just as scary as he did when he hurt Undertaker, and I think he saw me.

Suddenly, big orange symbols lit up on the floor where the connies were, then giant smashers came down from the ceiling towards them. I gasped and watched as they got out of the way of being crushed. Whoa...They were fast. Really fast. The dog looking one was the fastest, she avoided the smashers before they could even get close to her. Megatron turned into a vehicle called a tank from what I was told, he didn't get crushed either.

Once the crushers were done, many copies of Zeta appeared down in the connies area. I was surprised, I didn't know Zeta could do that! It's so cool!

"And I thought ONE of this guy was annoying!" The new con said.

Well that was mean. Zeta isn't annoying, he's nice. He has been nice to me at least, not to these connies. But these cons are mean, they deserve to be mean to. The last 2 copies of Zeta all fell apart when Megatron shot them, my ears drooped. There was a buzzing sound above us and I looked up, seeing a big red ball of light.

"There! Shoot at the core!" I heard Megatron yell.

I was confused until I saw them start shooting at the big red ball, I gasped and looked at Zeta as pieces of metal above us started falling. If the red ball appears again, our safe bubble will go down! Tears streamed down my face, I'm scared...

"Zeta! They're gonna get through!" I cried.

"Fear not, it will take much more than that to get through this."

The crushers came down from the ceiling again, more of them this time. But the cons didn't get crushed, again. They were close to getting crushed a few times, but they were still too fast. I looked away from them and stayed behind Zeta, starting to cry. I hugged my plushie and shut my eyes.

I'm scared. I'm scared that the connies are gonna get through and hurt Zeta and me. They're going to, I know it. I'm sorry Zeta, but...this place isn't safe. It just isn't. I don't feel safe in here, not anymore. I wrapped my wings around myself and cried, I cried and I couldn't stop. I heard more metal pieces above us fall to the ground around us, I only hugged my plushie tighter and buried my face into it. I didn't wanna look, but I was forced to listen.

Clanging, sparking, thumping, snarling. I heard when the crushers came down, way more than the first two times. I also heard the cons running or driving around to avoid them, and I never heard them stop. I looked to see the copies of Zeta appear again, many more than before too, running at the cons in a crowd. But they were kicked, punched, shot and cut down by Megatron and his mean connies. And now that the copies are gone, that means...

I looked up again and saw the big red ball of light, oh no...

"Decepticons, bring it down!" Megatron yelled.

I looked back and saw the cons shoot at the big red ball. The red ball disappeared and things were starting to blow up above Zeta and me, I screamed and covered my head. Suddenly Zeta pushed me away and off the platform, I hit the ground and grunted. That hurt. I sat up to see giant metal pieces fall onto Zeta, burying him. I gasped and saw Megatron walk up onto the platform, pulling Zeta out from under it.

"You're so weak..." Megatron said.

He then shoved his servo into Zetas chest, the Autobot yelled in pain and I saw energon starting to leak. Megatron threw Zeta down into the rubble, I felt more tears run down my face.

"At long last, I finally have the Omega Key!"

But the thing he was holding started beeping.

"What?!" He yelled.

"Your men were misinformed, Megatron... That device only ACTIVATES the key...Do not worry, it will come to you..." Zeta coughed.

I couldn't stay here anymore.

"Zeta!!" I shouted.

I flew up to the platform and landed next to Zeta, dropping my plushie and  putting my hands on him. I could see the worry in his optics.

"Springlock...run! Don't worry about me..!" He coughed again.

"But I wanna help-"

There was a creepy laugh, I froze and looked towards the laugh. My ears drooped when I saw Megatron looking right at me, smiling in a scary way. I whimpered and started backing away, even more tears running down my cheeks. Uh oh...I think I messed up. I kept backing away until I bumped into something, or...someone. Looking up, I saw it was the Decepticon with the creepy robotic voice. I yelped and jumped away from him, hissing. The connies were all around me.

"Now what do we have here?" He asks me.

I didn't say anything and picked up my plushie, hugging it.

"Lord Megatron. This is the same youngling, that was found by the Autobots near the source of the distress signal." The con I bumped into said.

"Very interesting...not only that, but I recognize you from when Nex was escaping Iacon so many years ago..." Megatron said to me.

I was too scared to say anything, he only got closer to me.

"Springlock...RUN.!" Zeta said.

I sniffled and nodded, turning to run.

"Oh no you don't!"

Megatron grabbed me by my back and lifted me up, I screamed and started kicking. I dropped my plushie and I wanted it back. I tried kicking at Megatron but I couldn't reach him.

"Put me down!!" I screamed.

"Leave her alone, Megatron!" Zeta growled.

Megatron turned me to look at him in the eyes, I only started crying harder as I was too scared to look him in the eyes.

"A Predacon, most interesting... With a Predacon, the Decepticons shall win this war with ease!"

I growled, "No!! You're mean! I won't hurt anyone but YOU!"

I breathed fire in his face, he yelled in surprise but he didn't let me go. I kept kicking and thrashing, but no good. Megatron only laughed.

"I admire your spirit, Predacon. Soundwave, summon a dropship and deliver this beast to Kaon."

"Yes Lord Megatron." 'Soundwave' said.

I screamed louder as Megatron gave me to the creepy voice con, thrashing around and kicking even more. Soundwave carried me out, Megatron followed us on our way out. The more I kicked, the tighter Soundwave held me. I heard Zeta yelling at Megatron to let me go, but he didn't. I flapped my wings as hard as I could, but that didn't help either. I was still crying and kicking, I wanted to help Zeta.

"Please don't hurt me! Let me go!! I didn't do anything..!" I cried.

"Worry not, young Predacon. We have no intention to harm you." Megatron said to me.

I sniffled, "B-But why are you taking me? I wanna go back to Zeta!"

"No. Now simply relax." He barked.

I only kept crying when we made it outside, a big ship came down from the sky in front of the vault and landed. A big door opened on the side of it and I was carried toward it, I started roaring and screaming as loud as I could. I started screaming out his name.

"OPTIMUS!!! OPTIMUS HELP ME!!!" I screamed.

Soundwave and Megatron took me into the ship and dropped me onto the floor, the door started closing and I made a run for it. But I didn't make it, I ran into the door just as it closed. I turned back to see Megatron smiling at me.

"No one is coming to your aid, Predacon. Be cooperative, or you will suffer dire consequences." Soundwave said.

As much as I didn't want to, I lowered my head and sat on the floor, hiding behind my wings.

I did a stupid thing....
