Before I could close my bag back up Goyle suddenly shouted, "whoever's last to divination has to buy the first round at Hogsmead on Saturday!" We all took a moment to look at each other and in a flash we all started sprinting. Divination was in the north tower which was up many flights of stairs and through a trap door which looked like a cross between somebody's attic and an old-fashioned teashop. It's located at the top of the Divination Stairwell which is connected to the rest of the castle by a long corridor, that would be our final stretched of the race.

"No magic allowed" shouted Draco while barging a couple of first years out the way. Blaise was out in front shortly followed by Draco, me then Goyle, our robes stretched out behind us as we all got faster, weaving in and out of other students, Draco didn't care who smashed into as he knocked into the ginger haired kid from potions class. "Watch it Malfoy" shouted the ginger kid. I saw Blaise up ahead and he quickly took a right, he had taken a wrong turn. Draco was now in front and as I passed the right turn Blaise had taken I shouted "Bye Blaise" and laughed. When I checked behind me on the stairwell Goyle was so far behind us and was being overtaken by Blaise who had caught us back up. I only had Malfoy to catch up to now.

In a flash me and Draco both tumbled through the door to Professor Sybill Trelawney class at the same time. Professor Trelawney jumped up with a screech as we startled her. "Umm umm Draco and Jade... hello welcome back" she stuttered nervously. Draco pushed me down into my seat at the table which was covered in a velvet red cloths draping over the table sides. We were both laughing. "I beat you by a whole foot Jade, nice try!" Draco said with a deep voice. "As if you beat me Malfoy, sit down!" Draco flopped into the chair opposite me all out of breath.

Professor Sybill Trelawney began to start teaching the class about tarot reading. She went through the major arcana and what each card meant. Throughout the whole time professor Trelawney was talking I could sense Draco staring at me. While listening to her speak about the Magician card, I looked over to Draco was was staring into the crystal ball on the table between us. "What're you staring at Draco?" I asked. "I can see you" He replied. I looked at him confused, "of course you can see me it's a clear ball." Draco leant over the table further, "What I meant is I can see you leaving again, I can see you going back into the muggle world, I don't want you to leave again Jade." Draco said. I felt my heart clench inside my chest, all I could muster up whispering back was "I don't want to leave again either Draco." Each time I had to leave it torn me and Draco apart little by little but neither of us had said anything until now.

Professor Sybill Trelawney had us all reading our partners tarot cards as practice, as soon as everyone got talking Draco looked up as I was shuffling our cards. "I think we could do it if we tried, If only to say, you're mine. Jade, know that you and I shouldn't feel like a crime." He rested his chin on fist to prop his head up, his grey eyes looking straight into mine. I felt my tears build up and my feelings get stuck in my throat and part of me couldn't process what Draco had just said. He had a way when he spoke about certain things, he would say it so poetic that you would question what he even meant as it could have a million different meanings. "You're the ground my feet won't reach. So if you're lonely, Draco you're glowing. If you're lonely come be lonely with me. Underneath the pale moonlight I dream of a magical life, broomsticks and potions, I'll be yours if you'll be mine?"

Draco smiled and I let out a sigh of relief. "Wait, let's ask the cards" Draco laughed. "Should me and Jade get together?" Draco asked the tarot deck. My eyes watched his hand run across the top of the cards, which were face down on the desk. His hand stopped over one, he looked up at me and raised his eyebrows. I nodded. Draco picked up the cards and turned it over.

The Lovers.

Professor Sybill Trelawney came waltzing over to me and Dracos table. "Ahh ahh yes... class, The Lovers Card. Now In its purest form, this card represents conscious connections and meaningful relationships. The arrival of this card in a Tarot reading shows that you have a beautiful, soul-honouring connection with a loved one. You may believe you have found your soul mate or life partner, and the sexual energy between you both goes way beyond instant gratification and lust to something that is very spiritual and almost Tantric." She trailed off around the class room looking at what each table were doing, leaving me and Draco alone again.

"I think that confirmed it?" I asked Draco. "It did" he said confidently with a smirk. "Cedric what're you doing staring at my girlfriend!" Draco said aggressively turning up to face the higher table Cedric was sat at above us. Cedric quickly look back down at his table that he was sat at and pretended like he didn't hear what Draco said. Looks like Draco isn't going to be hiding us from anymore I thought.

The door bust open and in came Flitch with Blaise and Goyle pinched by their ears dragging them into the class. "Caught these two skipping class" groaned Flitch. "Class is now finished Mr.. Mr Flitch" said Professor Sybill Trelawney.

We all grabbed our tarot cards and books to head out and made our way over to Blaise and Goyle who were stood by the door rubbing their red ears.
