I woke up in my bed at home, just as I remembered leaving it before I shifted. My green LED lights still glowing as my eyes adjusted to the room around me. I had left Hogwarts and Draco behind to return here to find the prophecy my father had hidden. I held no true hope of finding it, the Malfoys were optimistic but didn't realise my parents were now muggles, they forgotten all of their magical past. This was going to be tough.

As I slowly sat myself up and perched on the edge of my bed, I had no recollection of how much time had passed but I could smell food.

I followed the smell down into the kitchen where I met my father cooking away. He turned to me amounts the chaos, "Jade you've been asleep for along time, will you be joining me and your mother for dinner?" He asked flipping over bacon in the pan. I nodded and started to lay out the table for 3. I sat at the table wondering how I was going to ask such a ridiculous question or even gather any information I could.

Once my mother returned back we all sat at the table and tucked into the food. "Jade why the glum face dear? You've be asleep all day your father said" My mother asked. This was my chance.

"I had a such a strange dream, I felt like remembered something from my childhood, did you ever have some sort of magic ball, like a crystal ball?" I asked. Both of them looking wildly confused, of course they did, I had just asked them if they had a magic ball. I wanted to face palm myself but I had to keep up the act.

They both took a moment in thought. "I don't think so, that's not really our taste in decor dear." My mother spoke. Perhaps it had gotten lost or given away I thought to myself. How was I going to jog their memory and overcome an obliviate spell, I just couldn't.

"If you don't mind mom and dad, i'm going to have a look in the attic later on, go through some of my old stuff" I smiled sheepishly, it was the only place I could think of. They both nodded and told me to take a jacket as it would be cold up there. We finished our dinner and it started to dawn on me that there was a whole other world that no one knew about, a world where I belonged.

As dinner went on I had moments listen to my parents talk about mundane things and I just wanted to shout 'you're both wizards!' but they would probably get me sent into a mental hospital. I had read the book where the wizarding world had been exposed to muggles and it was really true, they would explain away anything magical as just a strange experience and leave it as that.

I wolfed down my dinner and waited to be excused from the table, I was itching to get into the attic to find the prophecy, I wanted this to be over and done with.

Once up there the breeze from the roof top was making my arms go up in goosebumps. I felt my cheeks go rosy as I started to dive into old boxes. There was lots of old interesting things, mainly tall candles that had been used, some fancy silverware that looked like they had cost a fortune, but no crystal ball.

I came across a box marked in my name, I sat down on the cold wooden boards to go through it. Lots of old fairy tale books covered in dust were stacked still neatly in the box, but underneath was a small card shaped box, to what muggles call playing cards. I brushed off the dust on my trousers and opened up the box. It was tarot cards.

Divination was my favourite subject in Hogwarts, maybe this was from when I was younger, when we lived in the wizarding world. I took out the card and began to shuffle them.

"Can you please help me find the prophecy" I spoke out loud putting my intentions into the universe. I kept shuffling and out fell 3 cards.

I spread them out in-front of me. It's an old house, I thought to myself. The pictures, the message, the prophecy was in an old house.

I took the cards back into my hands and began shuffling again. "Is this all real, or is it all happening inside my head? Is Draco real?" I asked.

After a moment out fell the Knave of Wands.

The card meant to me, new world needs discovering. Draco was there waiting and the wizarding world was right in-front of me to explore. A smile of comfort grew across my face. I shoved the cards back into the box and into my pocket.

I needed to go back, I had an idea.
