Three weeks have gone by, Prom has been and gone. Bes and I stuck to our tradition of not going. We invited the boys around and watch movies, Noah and Talon seemed to cool off a little. They were still a little tense at each other but they ended up going down to Noah's room for hours and when them came back they were mucking around so I think they patched up whatever it was. Neither of them has told me what it was about and I still think it has to do with me, but I've dropped it, for now. When they are ready to tell me then I'll listen. Until then, I will wait it out. Aunt Becca is still here enjoying her holiday, has been a great distraction.
I got my results back from my exams, I past all of them and got great grades. Now to wait for college replies. And graduation is in one week but the end of school isn't until the week after but the principle lets us off anyways. "no point in letting you hang around the school disturbing the other students".
It's Friday afternoon, I make my way down to Noah's room and see the boys playing the PS4. "Dude, you suck" Noah grits at Talon who laughs. "hey baby" he turns to kiss my cheek as I sit in between them. "hey guys", "hey beautiful" Noah wraps his arm around me and kisses my other cheek. I've had people make comments over the last couple of months about how close and intimate Noah and I are, like the fact he calls me beautiful, how he kisses my cheek or forehead whenever he sees me, or even when he hugs me.
But people don't realise, that's just who we are as people. He is my soul mate, and when I say that people give me more weird looks. You look up the definition of soul mate online and it says 'a person ideally suited to another as a close friend or romantic partner' he isn't suited to be my romantic partner as I don't see him like that but he is a very close friend therefore he is my soulmate. I love Noah he is my best friend, and Brother as he calls himself and he loves me as I'm his little sister.
As I sit and think of this fact I smile. "what's got you all giddy?", "oh, just thinking how much I love you big bro" I say resting my head on his should as he kisses the top of my head, "I love you too sis". "You guys are adorable" Lisa say as she walks down the steps. "Dad wants to know if you guys are still good to go out for dinner tonight?", "yeah, still good.", "Talon you're welcome to join", "thanks, Lisa". He stands "I best go get ready then, I'll meet you at the restaurant" he says while pulling me to my feet, then pecks my lips.
I head up after him to get ready. I put my hair in an updo, makeup in natural with eyeliner and beige lips and pick out my I choose a white floral dress that has pockets with a red neck line and my beige heels.

Once ready, I head down stairs, everyone is waiting for Emily and I, Emily comes down a short time later. "Finally big sis, you took for ever" Noah says while nudging Emily slightly, "sorry I had issues with my hair curler", "why didn't you say you could have borrowed mine" I look up at her, "oh, I didn't think of that, thank you, I will remember it for next time", "what are sister's for, if not share hair curlers" I wink at her as we walk out causing her to laugh.
