Hearing that, Astral can't hold a smile. 'That was embarrassing.'
Yuma's eyes got big and with a sparkle in it. 'A tournament! Count me in!'
'Before you go, Yuma,' she starts with her eyes shortly to her laptop. 'I'm trying to understand why you are fighting in a war? The motive behind it. Because he's attached to you, there are now three worlds involved. You better handle the consequences.'

'Miss, I found a location where we could open a portal.' Nebula comes in and she waited on purpose til lunchtime. 'However, I have found that Kite is working on a teleporter as well. We could use it ourself.'
Neith thinks about it and leans backward in her chair. 'Possible if everything is set up but Kite will be there himself. I doubt if we could use it first.' She knows Kite would never let her use it. 'How long would it take to build one ourselves?'
'Too long, miss. According to my calculations, two or three weeks. Kite, who is working with Quinton, have one up and running. With our coin and an energy source, we could open a portal.' Nebula explains.
Wanting to go to Astral world, she makes up her mind. 'I'm not waiting that long. Keep an eye out and report when they're gone. Where are they?'
'A remote location on ice. Dress warm...'
'I don't have too, Nebula.' She found that out, after falling in the water because she expected to catch a cold but nothing. Not even a sneeze. 'Be careful and let me know when they're both gone. We can't risk it to interfere. They have their reasons to go to Astral world and I have my reason.'
'Yes, miss.' Nebula disconnect.
'Neith.' The door opens and Celeste comes in. Followed by a few others. 'He said you address to a few of the others, I think. Do you know them?'
Looking up, she does recognize the tall man. 'Girag, but not you.' She doesn't get up. 'I've been meaning to talk to you, Celeste. Close the door, or is Kiki not at her desk?'
Celeste looks back. 'No, gone for lunch.'
'My name is Alito. Dumon told me, I guess he wants you to get to know us one at the time.' The curly guy reacts. 'He wanted to come but something came up.'
Celeste didn't expect her sister to have that many friends. At the same time, she puts a plastic bag on the deks. 'Lunch. You're doing alright. The company, friends...'
She shakes her head. 'I'm getting to know them. That doesn't mean that they're my friends.'
'I agree, this is the first meeting. I do know that Girag saw you with Dumon in Barian world.' Alito sees the immense view of the city. 'Even with your life here in the human world, you are on our side against Astral?'
Girag's face changes. 'I think not. She doesn't know everything that's happening. How can she, she's new.'
Sending the e-mail, Neith turns her attention to the men. 'I'm on one side only, my own.'
'And she would never leave me.' Celeste knows because she would do anything for her sister. She stands closer to her. 'She's the last one I have left from our family.'
Alito has to admit that he likes Neith. 'From what I've heard, is that you are quite powerful and have much influence in the city.'
'How are you using your power and influence?' Girag notices that she closes her laptop.
'In any way I can and for the better. Infrastructure, jobs, culture wise, technology, charity, and duels too. The company will be hosting the tournament next year.' Neith takes the salade out of the bag with a bottle of water. 'Thanks,' smiling at Celeste. 'We can have a lunch more often like this. We'll talk when they're gone...'
'Sounds like a busy life.' Alito heard a few things from the employees on the way to her office. 'Dumon must have told you about the war between Barian world and Astral world. If you stay here on Earth, you choose Yuma and Astral.'
'I don't like what implying, Alito. I'm the one in school and in the same class with Yuma. However, I have my friends and not much to do with Yuma.' Celeste stands up for her without thinking. 'I've seen you at school and you seemed to be interested in Tori.'
Alito turns red by hearing that. 'I haven't seen you there.'
'Because I don't cause any trouble. Yuma is the one who likes the attention and takes on every weird challenge.' Celeste stops when she sees the face of her sister.
'I thought you wanted to get to know me? I will not be insulted nor that this is the place for it.' Neith heard enough. 'Get out, before I call security. You do realize that you have to leave the same way you came in?'
Girag nods. 'Yes.'
Alito knows enough. 'I will inform Dumon that you stand by Yuma.'
'Go ahead, he knows better.' Neith walks to the door and hold it for the two.
Making Alito stop. 'Dumon knows that you're on Yuma's side?' He finds that hard to believe.
'No, Dumon knows the truth about me.' That is all that Neith wants to say to him. 'If you want to talk with me, I suggest you don't do this here at my office.' After closing the door, she walks back. 'One more incident like that and I'll make sure that I have security up here.'
'I believe that,' Celeste grins. 'What did you wanted to talk to me about?'
'About the company,' she starts. 'I prefer that you find a way to work here. Have your projects or anything else, I want this company to stay in the family. That way, you can take over if I'm not here.'
Celeste's face changes. 'Do you think that something will happen?'
'No, of course not, but it wouldn't hurt to keep an eye out for the future. I'm not going to leave you any time soon.' Neith explains and finishes her salad. 'If you have something to say in this comany, what would you want to do? How do you want to make a difference?'

Taking a risk, Neith arrives at the site where Kite works with Quinton on an interdimensional teleporter. 'Who is here?'
'Only some security at the landingssite.' Nebula can feel it that her owner lets go.
Looking at the huge construction to the computer, she takes the coin out of her pocket. 'We need to be fast. Start the teleporter.' She knows that Kite is back in Heartland. Only where Quinton is, remains a mysterie. She puts the coin in the right place. 'You have the energy source you need. Hurry, close it after me. I'll get back.'
'But, miss...'
'No, Nebula, I'm doing this. After I'm gone, unplug the energy source and go home.' Neith won't listen to any objections. 'Quinton can be back any second.'
Nebula has the computer up and running when she puts a Baria crystal in it. 'Done, you have to be in it while it charges up.'
Neith stands in the teleporter. 'Keep going, even if we get interrupted.'
'Alright, miss. Charging.'
She can tell because she's lifted in a yellow light field. Next is that she can see someone come running. The long hair, tells her that it is Quinton.
'What do you think you are doing?'
'See it as a test.' Neith turns around as the field light up and turns blue. Only to disappear in the next moment.
Quinton turns to the robot. 'Where is Orbital?'
'I'm just following orders, master Quinton.' Nebula can see that her owner is gone. 'Please, don't be so hard on miss Neith. She promised miss Celeste to look for their mother, who's missing for a couple of years now.' As fast as she can, she unplugs the crystal.
Quinton eyes goes from the robot to the teleporter. 'It hasn't been tested yet. It might very well be a one way trip and that Neith won't be coming back.'
