Cassie
Morning poured into the room through the blinds making them stripes. I groaned and placed a arm over my face. "Morning my little wolf." A husky low voice purred next to me. "Morning my big wolf." His arm slithered around my waist and pulled me against him sharing his warmth. I snuggled into his chest. He chuckled and kissed my forehead. "What's so funny?" I asked looking up at him.
"Enjoying yourself?" I sucked my teeth and pushed him as hard as I could resulting in him on the floor. I started laughing at him. But next thing I knew I was pinned under him at the mercy of this handsome devil. "Not funny, Love." He said a smirk hinting at his lips. "Yes it really is." He frowned slightly and got off of me going into the bathroom. I furrowed my brows and went downstairs to make breakfast.
I made something healthy and gives us energy, it was tiny blueberry muffins and we could have some orange juice. I finshed eating when Ash came down in a dark blood colored button up, black jeans, some black boots and his hair was everywhere from his shower. He looked even more sexy. He walked right pass me to sit at the table and eat. I had a confused look. I walked upsatirs to shower.
Once I was finished I wrapped a towel around me and walked to the closet. I picked out some dark blue lace underwear and a matching bra. I got out some Jean shorts and a pink "cute but physco" half shirt. I topped it off with some black heel boots and a white open sweater. I did my hair in two French braids from the too going back leaving hair out on the bottom. I decided no make up for the natural look.
I walked downstairs to see Ash throwing away his trash. He briefly glanced at me and turned away. I went up behind him and tapped him. "Hmm?" He said under his breath. "Why are you ignoring me?" He smirked and moved away. I stopped him and held his arm feeling sparks. "You said it was funny." I sighed and laughed again. Wow he is such a baby! "Ok I'm sorry."
He pulled me into him and buried his face into my neck, and growled. "Good because I couldn't take not holding you anymore." I melted into his embrace. "I want you to do something Cassie." I hummed for him to continue. "Take me to the dungeons...to see Caleb." I pulled away and looked at him. He is the Alpha after all and he's asking me permission. Should I? I told him to stay away. How about just once? Finally I made up my mind.
"Okay I'll take you."

We walked down the molded stairs to the slick water covered floor. The stench was gross but bearable. Ash was holding me close away from the other filled cells. There may not have been sound be Ash told me there were ruthless men in there who deserved to rot, which they are. We stopped at Caleb's cell, and I ordered the guards to open the cell doors. Ash smirked down at me.
"Look who's in charge." I nodded. "Well it took some aggressive behavior but its all good." He chuckled as we entered. Caleb was curled in a ball on the floor playing with the chipped rocks on the wall. "Get up!" I said causing Ash's heart beat to speed up slightly. "Thanks for the scare darling." Ash communicated through mind connect. "No problem. Anytime." I said back nonchalantly. His grip tightened around my waist, making me move away. Nothing will happen in these cells.
When I looked back at Caleb he was on his feet, his face somewhat healed. "Ahh Ash you look well." Caleb said joining his hands together. "Because he is, now shut up and listen." I said to him and he nodded his head smirking. "I want you to leave Cassie alone." Ash growled stepping forward. "Well that won't happen Ashton. You know why? Because she is my step daughter and I will take her back." He said making Ash's eyes widen.
"I am NOT you're anything you forced my real mother to give me up, meaning you didn't want me. Don't come to me with the I wanna be your father act." I said anger building inside of me. "Oh sweetie but I'm not and you know what I want." Ash looked at Me. "Yeah well you're not getting it." He chuckled and looked at the floor. I grabbed Ash's hand and started pulling him out of the cell he was very quiet.
"Cassie what does he want?" Ash asked when we walked out the dungeon. I put my head down. I don't know why but I felt horrible for saying the truth. "He wants to kill you and mate with me." Ash stiffened up. "Why didn't you tell me?" He asked holding my hand rubbing his thumb over the back of my hand. "I was afraid I didn't want you involved I wanted to save you myself." He cradled my face in his hands. "We save each other, got it?" I nodded and he kissed my forehead.
"Hey...you guys." Sophie said walking out the house. I hugged her. "Hey Sophie how's everything?" She hugged me back. "I'm getting better, Jared has been helping me but Alpha Jared has something to tell you and asked if I could get you both. If that's alright." We both nodded and followed Sophie to her room and we were met with Jared. He was pacing the floor obviously worried.
"Jared what's the problem?" I asked. "Vampires. Their coming, lots of them."

Since my beloved cousin decided to post update in my comment section his wish is my command lol. No but hey cuz but yeah sorry I took so long I have PARCC testing at school but that's not an excuse sorry ok now enjoy.
