"Hello?"

This isn't Akaashi.
"uh hello? May I please talk to Akaashi?"
"Hi, this is his mother talking. Akaashi is in the hospital and he can't talk right now. I'm sorry"
"Wh-what? What do you mean he's in the hospital, are you visiting someone?" Bokuto anxiously asked the woman who answered Akaashi's phone who happens to be his mother.
" no. Are you Bokuto?" His mother asked. As if she immediately recognized the voice of the boy on the other line.
" oh uh yes I am. I'm Akaashi's old teammate and friend. Can you please tell me why he's in the hospital?"
".. He.. he had an accident." The mother said with a shaky voice and sniffing.
"an accident?! Is it serious?" Bokuto almost screamed upon hearing the news. He was getting ready to get his jackets and his phone to leave but then it struck him.. He's no longer with Akaashi. He's miles away from the boy and he can't just ride in a cab to go to him.
"sadly, yes. He's in a coma right now. We do not know when he's going to wake up which is really scaring me.. But.. It's good to stay positive right?" His mother didn't have the energy to hold the tears back, she tried but her tears went rolling down her cheeks.
" I'm sorry Bokuto, I uh.. I have to go" His mother excused herself, ending the call before Bokuto hears her embarrassingly bawling her eyes out.
".. W-wait!-"
Accident? Coma? I need to go to Akaashi right now.
...
Who am I kidding? I moved out of there like an idiot without thinking and now I want to go to Akaashi like it's so easy? I'm such a fool.

" Hello? Bokut-"
" I'm so sorry for calling you again, but can you please let me know the hospital name?" Bokuto worriedly ask while packing up his things and running up to his house and bursting out through the front door.
"Sure.. But aren't you in United States or something?"
" yes I am.. But.. I really want to see your son" Bokuto couldn't speak properly, he was trying to figure out a way to see the boy he's loved for so long yet he only figured out now. The mother of Akaashi told him the name of the hospital they were in and sent him the complete address hoping that he'll come and visit his teammate.
"Thank you..and I really hope Akaashi wakes up soon" The second he finishes his sentence, he ended the call and put down the phone. He hurriedly ran to his mother with swollen cheeks and sweating forehead worrying about Akaashi.
