David's POV
Me and Ashley finished up our meals and I payed for the bill. We walked out of the restaurant holding hands down the street.
“I’ll take you home” I say
“Can I just come to your place?” she asks
“Of course”
We got into my car and rode off to my apartment. I parked the car and we walked in. I pushed the up button on the elevator and we both walked into the elevator. Ashley clicked the number 6 for the floor number. We rode up awkwardly until the elevator jumped. Ashley stumbled onto me. I held her making sure she won’t fall. That’s when she started leaning in. Her lips touched mine in an instant. I pushed her up against the elevator door pulling off her jacket. Then the elevator door opened. We stumbled to make it out but we did. We wobbled down the hallway still kissing until we made to my room. I grabbed my keys trying to unlock the door but Ashley started kissing my neck. I couldn’t get the door open and she was driving me crazy. On the third time I got the key to go in and twisted it and we stumbled in. She pushed me up against the closet door, untying my tie. She yanked it off and threw it to the floor.
“Take off your pants” she said demanding
“Wait” I said
“What?”
“I don’t want to”
“You don’t wanna do what?”
“You”
“Okay, is there something holding you back?” she asked
“No its just that, um I’m not in the mood”
“Is this because of Maia or something?”
“Why would it be about Maia?!” I ask
“Well did you see her Instagram picture? She looks...”
“Hot, um I mean happy”
“If shes so happy maybe she should stay in Australia.”
“Why are you pushing her away so much?”
“Because she hates me!” Ashley shouted
“No she doesn’t”
“And it’s almost as if she is trying to take you away from me”
“She wouldn’t do that! Plus we’re just friends!”
“Why is she posting things on Twitter and things involving you?”
“I don’t know how ‘bout you call her and ask her!” I said now getting mad
“I saw what you said when you replied to her” tears started coming
“What? I just said I missed her!”
“You never say you miss me!”
“Ash I’ve only known you for a couple months!”
“I’ve known Maia for 2 years!” I yell
“I’m so used to seeing her everyday and on hiatus is the only time I don’t see her” I say
“So yes I miss her!”
“I gotta go” she says
“Ashley wait”
“No. Bye David”
