You were currently walking to volleyball practice with Akaashi and was begging him to tell you anything about the mystery boy you've been talking to for nearly 2 weeks.

Yes you would spam kodzuken whenever you felt like it or would notice him taking your top spot on the pac-man machine.

He would end up leaving you on read at first till you spammed him some more being the annoying ass you are to which he would answer the two of you starting up a conversation.

What your talks would be about?

Anime, video games and school work. Most of the time he would be making fun of you.

But that's basically it. You were afraid to ever go deeper or ask something more personal as you didn't know if he was that type of guy.

So now you resorted to asking one of your pretty setter friend Akaashi Keiji who was quite surprised yet also annoyed at your constant nagging.

"Why not?" You whined like a child as the setter only showed you the same stoic expression.

"Why do you even want to know so bad?" The boy suddenly uno reveresed carded you to which you could only open your mouth then close it as you had nothing to say.

You let out a loud sigh to show that you were sad but of course Akaashi didn't care. He was used to your mood swings after all.

Opening the doors to the gym you had a small frown on your face as you yourself couldn't think of why you were so interested in learning a bit more about the boy.

Was it your general curiosity burning on the inside? Or did you truly want to get to know this unknown boy better that you developed a possible friendship with?

As if it was telekinesis your best friend immediately ran up to your side linking her arms with yours.

"Why the sad face Y/n?" Rin asked concern laced in her voice before glaring at Akaashi.

"What did you do Akaashi because I won't hesitate to beat the shit out of you for hurting her!"

"Rin-San I didn't do anything. Y/n is just being her usually self. Why don't you ask her," Akaashi bluntly said before walking into the change room.

"What's up?"

You let out a sigh as she brought you to the chairs on the sideline sitting you down.

"Well you know how there's that user who's been stealing my top spot on pac-man?"

Rin looked at you weirdly as she thought it was odd that her best friend was sad because of a dumb gaming machine before signaling you to confirm.

"Well after the whole Mario Kart competition thing we've been talking ever since and although I know things about him such as his favourite anime, his favourite video games, etc. I—I just want to know more and I don't know why," You let out a sigh as you ran a hand through your h/c locks.

"Why haven't you tried asking him?"

"I would but I honestly don't know if he even enjoys texting me in the first place because I'm always the one to start the conversations by spamming him till he's forced to reply. I don't know why I'm overthinking such a random thing Rin," You groaned stuffing your face in your hands as your rubbed your eyes.
