Fatima's POV
I was very happy Ya Afiz has found the right girl. Here we are planning on how to propose her
"Ya Afiz"I called moving towards his room
"Na'am"he answered
"Are you dressed very well"I asked outside the door of his room
"Of course"he said and opened the door.
"Wow you look amazing,Hafsa will lost in you"I said
"Yesoooo"he said and winked
""It's let's go to the backyard and see the decorations"I told him
"Okay let's go"he said. The time we reached the backyard it was beautifully decorated
"Are you fine with the decorations"I asked one of the man decorating
"Yes,we are done"he said
"Okay how much is your money"I asked him
"10k"he said
"Okay here is the money"I brought out bundles of N500
"Thank you ma"they said
"You are welcome"I said and they left.
I turned to Ya Afiz he was smiling and looking at the decorations
"Ya Afiz are you this happy?"I asked him
"Of course I am"he said
"So how are you going to propose her"I asked him
"Just wait and see"he said
"Why Mana"I asked
"I don't want you to know before her"he said
"But it won't be there when you are proposing her"I said
"You will hide so she won't be shy of you"he said
"Okay fine since you won't tell me"I said
I heard a ringing tone knowing it was Ya Afiz'z phone. I wanted to check the person calling but he quickly answered the phone
"Hello"Ya Afiz said
"Okay okay come inside I am coming"he said and hunged up
"Who called?"I asked him
"It was Hafsa she said she is here"he said
"Okay let's go"I said
"Fatima"shouted Hafsa immediately she saw me. She came to hug me but i didn't hug her back
"Fatima don't you miss me"she said
"I don't"I said
"What did i do wrong?pls tell me"she said
"Why did you call Ya Afiz that you have arrived but didn't call me"I said feigning angry
"Is my bestie jealous?"she teased
"Why will I be?"I said. Immediately I finished saying that Ya Afiz came. I saw Hafsa looking at my back and blushing when I turned I saw Ya Afiz looking at her
"Ya Afiz"I called him
"Ya Afiz Ina wuni"Hafsa greeted shyly
"Lafiya, ya su mama?"he asked
"They are fine with Alhamdulillah"Hafsa said
"Hafsa let's go to my room"I told her. When we soon reach the door I remembered something
"Hafsa go in I'm coming"I told her and left
"Ya Afiz when are you proposing her"I asked
"I don't know"he said
"I have a plan"I told him
"Tell me"he said. I'm told him the plan and he agreed
"Hafsa"I called in my way to my room
"Yes"she answered
"Go to the backyard now and wait for me I want to use the toilet"I told her
"Why?"she asked
"Just go"I said
"Okay"she said and left. I went to Ya Afiz room to look at them through the window because the backyard is directly across his room
Ya Afiz POV
I saw Hafsa going to the backyard. I immediately went through the other side to see her. She was looking at the decoration saying wow why is the place decorated she thought out loud so I could hear her. She sat down on one of the chairs on top there was a paper she carried it and read it.
When she was done reading I saw her smiling and blushing sat the same time. U decided to come out
"Hafsa"I called and she turned to see me
"Uhm"she answered. I went in my knees holding a red rose
"Hafsa I don't know how to say this,since the first time I met you I had a strange feelings for you. I like your personality, character,face,hair,smile,walk infact I like everything about you. Will you do the honor of being my girlfriend?"I asked and I saw her crying
"I'm sorry please if I said anything bad"I said afraid
"Yes I will" she finally answered after some minutes of waiting
"I'm very happy. You have made my day"I said. I wanted to hug her but I decided to hold myself
"I have been waiting for so long"she said
"Let's eat"I told her
"Ladies first"I said Bowing and she smile
"My gf what do you want to eat"I asked her
"Anything you want my bf"she said
"So now you have your boyfriend you decided to forget me ba"said Fatima
"It is not like that. Thank you Fatima"Hafsa thanked her
"No problem"Fatima said
Hafsa's POV
To say I was happy was understatement when Ya Afiz proposed me. I didn't know if he had the same feeling with me. When we finished eating I left home.
I was smiling when I entered my house.
"Hafsa why are you smiling"asked my mother.
"Nothing I am just happy"I said
"Okay"mama say it convinced. I went to my room and bathe. When I came out I heard my phone ringing it was my handsome crush now I have to change his name. I picked the call
"Hello baby"Ya Afiz said
"Hi boo"she said shyly
"How did you reach home"he asked
"Alhamdulillah"I said
"Hope no one looked at my girlfriend"he said
"No one did even if they do I won't talk to them so chill boyfriend"she said.
We continued talking till it was Magrib time. We bud goodbye. I went to pray then thanked Allah for fulfilling my wish.
