I sit in the board room waiting for the President, and she's 20 minutes late. Should I ring her??? Nah, I should wait for another 10 minutes and call her. She's usually never late when I first meet her, and I wonder what's the hold-up.

As I sit there patiently at the table, the door slams open jump scaring my ass, and I see the President entered. I feel relief that she has already come, so we discuss whatever needs to be done.

She calmly walks in and looks up and down at me. Uh, ma'am, are you giving me dirties or what? I ignore her look, and she sits in the top centre seat across from me.

"Your early Sarai. Your trainer told me you arrived here 25 minutes ago." She says, looking at her watch and looking back at me. Is it just me, or did this lady turn into a significant bitch suddenly?

"Oh well, I didn't want you to wait on me. Also, you said to be here at 9:30, but it's currently 9:57 am." I say slowly, and she gives me a death stare. I don't want to sound like I'm a stereotypical asshole but is this lady on her period?!

"Sarai, are you saying I am late? Well, you were just early, like I said before. You should learn how not to question the authority of your superiors." She says as she looks down at her phone and calls someone. This lady is definitely on her period. I sat there quiet and shocked because she sounded like a different person when I first met her.

She goes on the phone call for 5 minutes, and I'm just sitting there, still wondering what she needs to tell me because this is wasting my time, honestly.

"Uh, miss President? What is that you need to tell me?" I interrupted her, and she ended the call and placed her phone on the table. She gives me a look, and bruh, I want to throw hands.

"Sarai, I would like it if you didn't interrupt my calls." She gave me a stern voice, and I just sat there quietly.

There you go with the statements. I called you here to tell you your next three mission are all next week, and you need to prepare for those.

It's just you on your own this time. I need Hawks to focus on his agency so that you will be doing these missions on your own. You will have tasks with him later, but now I was hoping you could do this independently.

She stands up, and I quickly get up to leave. I wanted to ask her why I was in Kamino when I had never been there before.

How am I ever going to get there?! Ughhhh, I should fly there. I haven't used my wings in a while. I should probably stay close to the ground. If I fall, it won't hurt as much.

Next week:

I fly just above a building in Yokohama. It's pretty nice up here. As I see the sunset, I can imagine Hawks and me roasting each other here. I land on one of the roofs and lean over a ledge. I should head down, and I probably won't stand out since I'm not wearing my hero costume or all black clothing.

I swoop downwards to an alleyway and deactivate my wings. As I walk out of the alleyway, I see the vast crowds walking along with the city. If you can't beat them, you might as well join them.
