Hey guys just wanted to give y'all a brief introduction on a couple of OCs Quirks, since I only mention them in the story but haven't fully explained their quirk. So this chapter is dedicated to those OCs. Don't worry for those who aren't mentioned yet! You will be mention later and I will dedicate a chapter mentioning you OCs quirk!!!
OC created by: @otakuofcolour on Tiktok (previously known as @koala...tea) Pro Hero Name: Lady Atlanta 💧 Race: Black Age: approx. late 20s Quirk: Poseidon 🔱 Quirk information: ability to talk to fish. 🐠🐟🐡Has small levels of hydrologic control and water manipulation but rarely uses it.
Background Information: Ship wreck Hero: Lady Atlanta is a low profile hero who is usually by the shore. She doesn't really like to be involved in team work with other pro heroes, but she will be involved if there is money and liquor on the table. Karaoke is her go to place to have a fun night out with friends and have a good time. Her and Gang Orca have a love and hate relationship with a long term of history together. She is also a "fun aunt" towards Sarai and Sarai considers her a "love interest" for her Uncle Kūgo.

She gets these from physical touch from objects, people or have a person's current information. For a quick reading that will happen after it's usually a vision but for a long term fortune it must be a hand written one. Written fortunes can happen at any given time, so there's no telling when it will occur. Visual readings happen straight after a short period of time.
Background Information: From what we know in the book is that Monica is currently living in Rio De Janeiro with a Family of four including herself. She is a helpful and friendly pen pal towards Sarai. She has also been a role model to Sarai as she describes her as a 'big sister' and there is a bond between the two. She also spends time with Sarai teaching her Portuguese and Spanish over messages.
Monica has a Point Of view on heroes which sounds similar to Stains morals but not as harsh as the Hero Killer. Sarai agrees with her morals on what heroism should be which leads them on having these types of conversations. The two only communicate through messages and have never been on call, though they show a great relationship, there is some things they haven't told each other. Monica is an unknown figure currently in the book but she is a significant character.

She uses her toxins to paralyse her victims by coming into contact with the skin. Similar to Stains quirk Blood curdle, she can paralyse her victims for a period of time depending how much saliva touches the skin. She can decide if she can either temporarily paralyse her victim or paralyse them to death. her signature move is having a lollipop and putting it to contact with the skin of her victims.
Background Information: Luna is young child who rebels between both heroism and villainous acts. She considers herself a vigilante where she is capable of helping both good and bad if they are beneficial to her. As a child that kills for the thrill of it, she is open to helping others when beneficial to herself. Also known to be loud and rebellious child she can have a sensitive side, which Sarai tries to be careful with since she has empathy for the 10 year old. She is currently living at a place called 'The Vigil' which is owned by a woman named Tana.

Background Information: as she was introduced as the person who leaves and comes back when ever, Madame Mayhem is a villain with a mysterious life. She doesn't talk about herself through out the book and is described to enjoy tormenting people. As she is introduced there is an 'other half' mentioned but doesn't go into detail with mentioning what or who this is. She finds it fascinating to frustrate Luna and make her angry. She has a soft spot with following rules but doesn't mean she won't break them, I mean she does like causing mayhem.
