Project Nagini

Part 4

"The chunin exams?" asked Naruto. "What are they."

"They're exams that determine if you get promoted to a chunin or not," replied Nagini.

"How do you know?" sneered Sasuke. "You just got here."

"The whole reason that I even came here was to join your team and participate in the exams, hotshot," snapped Nagini.

"Yes! I can't wait for the exams!" shouted Naruto. 

Only if he knew, thought Nagini, That the Hidden Leaf Village will fall in the hands of a demon. 

"So, anyways here are the forms for entering the exams," said Kakashi, handing Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura a form, "But be warned, the exams aren't going to be easy. People from the Sand, Rain, Waterfall, and Sound village attend it along with many from the Leaf Village. It will be tough."

"Yeah yeah, but why didn't Nagini get a form?" asked Naruto looking over the registration form. 

"I already filled mine out," Nagini replied, taking the form out of her bag.

"Oh, okay," said Naruto.

"Anyways, only come to the exam if you're prepared to put your life on the line. You have to go to room 301 at the academy by tomorrow noon, the exams will start there," said Kakashi. Sakura, Naruto and Sasuke nod.

It has been a day, and now is the day for the exams to start. Nagini felt excited. This was the first time she did anything without Kabuto or Orochimaru watching over her. She walked to the academy and sees a commotion. Two chunin disguised as genin were standing over a door. They were using genjutsu, Nagini noticed. Everyone here thought that they were on the thrid floor, when it was the second.

"Come on, we are on the second floor. Those two are using genjutsu," Nagini whispered. Instead of listening to her, Sasuke walks forward and attracts all of the attention towards us. Show of  thought Nagini.

"Move, we need to climb up. This is only the second floor," snapped Sasuke. "Sakura, I'm sure you noticed it a while ago, I mean, you have the sharpest mind from all of us."

"Yeah! This is only the second floor," Sakura agreed, blushing. Murmurs rose around them.

"What are they talking about? This is the third... isn't it?" someone shouted.

"Hehe, nice, so you saw through our genjutsu did you? Well, at least all of the genin aren't weaklings this year," sneered the one with the bandage over his nose.

"Yep," agreed the other one. "But, lets see if you can escape this." The one that talked aimed a kick at Sasuke, who aimed a kick back towards him. A kid with a bowl hair cut and a green jumpsuit jumped in the middle of them and stopped them with only his arms. That kid is better then he looks, and he also has remarkable chakra in his hands Nagini thought.

"The rules clearly say that fighting must only occur between matches," said the kid. He jumped up and looked towards Sakura. "I am Rock Lee, please be my girlfriend! I swear to protect you with my life!"

"N-No way!" yelled Sakura, cringing away.

"Hey! You!" shouted a guy with long hair towards Sasuke, "Whats your name?"

"Its customary for a shinobi to tell their own name first," smirked Sasuke.

"What did you say to me?" yelled the kid.

"Lets just get out of here," muttered Nagini.

Nagini and her group walked towards the thrid floor, but got interrupted by Rock Lee.

"Hey, the one with the attitude!" Lee said, "Fight me!"

Just as Sasuke is about to reply, Naruto barged and said, "Move, I get him first." He charged towards Lee, but Lee stopped him with a single move. He charged towards Sasuke and they battle it out. Nagini saw that Sasuke used his Sharingan. The kid with the Bushy Eyeborws won, but got interrupted by a turtle. It turned out that the turtle was his sensei. Team Seven walked to the third floor, and found Kakashi waiting for them.

"Good, all of you came," Kakashi said. "If even only one of you hadn't been present, I would have to have stopped you. Only teams can enter. I didn't tell you because I wanted it to be on your own choice that you came."

"Good thing we all came then!" laughed Naruto, "Anyways, lets get this show on the road!" Sakura and sauke open the doors, and Team Seven stepped in the room for their exams.
