The exam proctor, a loud purple-haired woman, explained the rules and gave them each a scroll. The rules were that we had five days to do the exam. We would be locked inside a forest-like dome, and hunt down other teams to get both scrolls, a Heaven and Earth scroll. Half the teams got an Earth scroll, while the other half of them got a Heaven scroll. The objective was to steal a scroll from another team and go to the tower in the middle of the terrain.

So, only half of the teams can pass, and that's a maybe. Some scrolls could get lost or damaged. Thought Nagini staring at their Earth scroll, Hmpf. This lady is smarter then she looks.

"Proctor! What are we supposed to do for food!" someone yelled, Nagini turned around and saw Choji. "We'll need food for five days, we can't go hungry!"

"Of course you won't. There is plenty to eat in the forest," replied the Proctor, "And call me Anko Sensei, not proctor."

Choji turned pale. He was about to yell something back, but he got cut off when someone asked, "What if we take a peek inside the scrolls? Then what happens?"

"Hehehe, good question," chuckled Anko, "Trust me. You don't want to find out. And anyway, you aren't supposed to open it. If anyone of you gets promoted to a chunin, then you will have missions to deliver secret manuscripts. This exam is also a test of your loyalty. If you take even the smallest peek, you will be disqualified... and worse." The person who asked gulped.

"Anyways, let's get started! Everyone, go to your gate and you will be let in!" Anko shouted.

Nagini turned around and ran to her team's gateway.

"You guys ready?" Nagini asked.

"Yep! I was born ready!" replied Naruto.

"Good! Let's start!" The gates swung open and we stormed inside.

Nagini told everyone her plan of splitting up and ran off without listening to their answers.

I should go to the opposite place of where they're headed, that way we'll cover more ground thought Nagini. And I can keep a better watch for Orochimaru, little does he know that I'm going to betray him. Nagini chuckled.

Nagini leaped from branch to breach for half an hour until something finally happened. A snake blown up gargantuan proportions cam out of nowhere and attacked Nagini! Before Nagini could draw her sword, the snake grabbed her with its mouth, and everything turned dark.

"Ugh! Stupid snake!" cursed Nagini, "Now how do I get out of here?"

Ew! I shouldn't open my mouth, or I'll swallow the acid!  Furthermore, one of the snakes fangs gashed my side, the acid is slowly seeping inside it! Ugh, it burns like crazy! Winced Nagini. If I can just get my sword, I can dig a hole out of here, and then escape! And to ensure that the snake won't come after me, I'll kill it!

Nagini slowly grunted her hand to the sword on her back and heard a snap as pain flared in her thumb. Oh great, now I broke my thumb. I can heal myself after, let me just escape this snake right now. She slowly grabbed her sword, careful not to jerk her thumb too much, and cut a hole. She could hear the snake hiss in pain.

As soon as she got out, the snake moved to attack, but she was quicker. She quickly cut the snake into pieces.

"The snake!" gasped Nagini, healing her gash and thumb, "It's one of Orochimaru's! I'd recognize the eye pattern anywhere! That means... Orochimaru is here! But where is he?"

Nagini didn't have to ask, for then she heard Sakura and Sasuke scream.
