Hira

I woke up with my head pounding.

"Where am I?" I mumbled, looking around the room.

Oh I'm in Claire's bedroom.

I heard soft breathing beside me and saw both Claire and Gia sprawled on the bed as well.

I quietly got out of bed and walked to the conjoined washroom, and closed the door behind me.

I stared at myself in the mirror and scrunched up my nose.

I looked like exhausted.

I stripped down and got into the shower.

How did I even end up back here?

I thought back to the party but couldn't remember what happened.

The last thing I remember is Gia asking me if I wanted to play strip poker.

I sighed and washed myself.

Whatever, I'm sure nothing really happened.

I walked out the washroom wrapped in a towel and grabbed my duffel bag, taking out the change of clothes I had brought with me before going to the party and my toiletries.

Gia and Claire always make fun of me for being over prepared, yet I'm always the one who stays winning by bringing this stuff with me.

I changed and brushed my teeth; by the time I was done, Claire and Gia had woken up too.

"I'm headed home" I said.

Claire muttered incoherently under head breath in reply and Gia just spaced out, staring at the wall.

I laughed softly to myself as I left, glad to know I'm not the only one who's a mess after yesterday's party.

It was now the Monday after Friday's party.

I sighed softly as I walked into my first period class, and sat at the back.

The weekend went by quickly and I spent it doing schoolwork and tutoring people.

I took out my notebook and textbook from my bag, placing them on my desk.

"Hey princess, you look amazing like always" someone said as they slipped into the seat on my right.

"Shut up Aaron" I replied, looking over at him with a cold expression.

"Ah that look wounds me," he said, smiling cheekily.

I rolled my eyes.

Aaron Evans is someone who confused me. We have known each other from elementary school, and he has been annoying me since.

He and I aren't close friends nor lovers, yet he knows the most about me.

We've never dated. I had liked him at one point but that crush disappeared quickly, as he consistently proved himself to be a bit of an asshole.

We hook up occasionally but that's all that will ever be to our so called 'relationship'.

Aaron is a huge flirt and is always getting into and out of messy relationships, and he hangs out with the wrong crowd. 100% someone you shouldn't waste your romantic feelings on.

"Do you think I could quickly copy your work before class starts?" he asked.

I sighed and handed him my notebook. "Fine, just hurry up and don't copy it word from word" I said.
