bella's pov
jaden had taken us to the 24hr froyo place down the street. it was now around 6am and it was still dark out. when we got there i ordered a chocolate peanut butter waffle cone, and jaden ordered a chocolate strawberry cup. i was about to pay for it when jaden slide his card to the cashier. i just smiled at jaden and took my waffle cone with one hand, and grabbed jadens hand with my free one. i had dragged jaden outside to the circle table.
i felt safe with him, something i've never felt with anyone besides blake. i was going to tell him about everything that happened to me. ik he was going to ask and i need to tell someone.
"jaden, i know you wanna ask me what had happen so i'll just tell you" i said. " you don't have to rush it tell me when you want to bells"he said softly. "no jaden, i need to talk about it to someone." i said.

blake had left 2 weeks ago to move in with swayla, and my mom was never home. she would take more shifts at the store to stay away from my step dad jacob.
"please, jacob stop you're hurting me." i screamed. "shut up , and stop moving." jacob spit out. i didn't know what to do, this was the first time he's ever touched me and forced me sexually. he's hit me and kicked me before but never this. i didn't know how to stop him i was weak, and drained of energy.
after he released in my , he left me in there all alone. i was naked, scared , and weak. after that night it just got worse, he abused me more and had raped me every other day. it was shit.

at this point i was crying and trying to catch my breath. jaden had now moved his chair to next to me trying to comfort me. i lifted up my shirt to show him the bruises and scares. i looked at his facial expressions he was worried, pissed, and heartbroken for me.

home that's a word i never felt safe saying till now. La was my home know, blake is my home, and now i fell like jaden could be my home too. all those places i feel safe, i feel safe in LA, i feel safe when i'm around my brother, and i feel even safer in jadens arms.
