(Scroll down to see what happened in the meeting if you're not interested reading about some explanations)
Why did Jaehyun call Haewon, Anaelle Jin?
Okay as I mentioned before, Haewon is a Chinese who was born in Indonesia. If you translate Jin (chinese surname) to Korean, it'll change into Kim. Hence the name, Kim Haewon.
Did Haewon forget about the 'incident'(after the club)?
No, she didn't. But she recovered fast from paranoid because as someone who didn't have many friends before, she felt really have having NCT as her friends to the point she learns to love herself and her life more, allowing her to let go of the painful things in her past.
Why is this book called Steps?
Both Jaehyun and Haewon were attracted to each other right from the start (attracted doesn't mean they like each other though). They're both the type of people who doesn't want to rush thinking that they like someone (Jaehyun because his inability to love while Haewon due to her ex boyfriend.) Hence, why they started off being best friends, forgetting all their attractions to each other. However they took quite a while to move their relationship into a romantic one, because they both needed time to fall in love and realize.
And that's the reason this book is called 'Steps', they took time and small steps to the way on becoming a couple.
Why did Jaehyun suddenly push Haewon away?
Once the questions are answered, I'll let you guys read the scene of the meeting;)
Will Minji and Jaemin have their own book?
So far, I don't think so. However, they would be a reappearing couple for all 4 books.
If you have any more questions please do ask and I'll immediately reply!
So let's just go to the meeting scene that I'm sure a lot of you guys are curious about.

Narrator's P.O.V
"Jung Jaehyun, do you know how much your actions have affected the company and your own group?!" Mr. Im, one of the higher-ups, yelled.
"The problem is that your fanbase is a huge one, we're losing a lot of money as we speak right now. At this rate, it'll effect the whole NCT group." Mr. Park, another higher-up, commented.
"Break up with Kim Haewon." Mr. Kim, another one of the higher-ups, instructed.
Jaehyun looked at him dead in the eyes, "No. That's not an option for me."
"We can pretend that you guys broke up already, but we need to fire her if you want that option." Mr. Park threatened.
Mr. Choi, the current CEO, who was silent all this time decided to speak up. "No! I refuse to fire her." the CEO defended.
"Then what do you suggest us to do, Mr. Choi? Jaehyun here doesn't want to break up with her, but if we let her continue her job, their relationship would probably be found out all over again." Mr. Im said.
'3 vs 1.. I can't seem to do much in this situation..' Mr. Choi thought and sighed. Mr. Choi turned to Jaehyun, "Fine, we'll give you the choice. Stay with Kim Haewon and we fire her, or break up with her and I'll transfer into SJ Label. She'll still get to work the same thing she did, just for a different group. It'll be a good experience for her especially considering Super Junior is a more experienced group, with not only group performances but also sub units and solo performances." Mr. Choi explained his proposal to Jaehyun.
