Isabelle's POV~ It has been a couple of weeks since I moved out of Wayne Manor, of course, Alfred has called many times to check up on me. I, in turn, ask how everything is going with Bruce but this last time he said that Bruce was acting funny.

I hang up as I walk down the street towards my apartment. It is pretty late and there isn't really anybody out at this time. Suddenly I see a swarm of cats run down an alley. I stop to investigate before I feel something claw at my leg. I look down and find a cat sitting at my feet staring up at me. It meows at me before going towards the same alleyway. It stops at the entrance and looks back at me as if it expects me to follow.

"Ah screw it," I say before running after it into the alley. As I run through the alley I see TONS of cats surrounding something. As I get closer I realize it is a person, more specifically SELINA!

"Oh my god, Selina!" I yell as I rush to her side and check for a heartbeat. It was faint so I pull out my cellphone and call 911.

Soon an ambulance shows up and takes her and myself to Gotham general to treat her.

*Skip to a few hours later*

"No," I hear someone yell causing me to wake up from my slumber. I look up and see Selina still unconscious and a woman with red hair standing on the opposite side of the bed. "It can't be."

A doctor comes in, "I'm sorry, this ward is restricted, neither of you should be here." She says looking between the redhead and myself. This causes me to roll my eyes.

Suddenly the redhead shoves her wrist into the doctors face, "What happened to her?"

As if put under a spell, the doctor's eyes glaze over and get a dreamy look into them, "No idea. This young lady found her on the street. Looked like she fell according to police."

"Look I told them and you guys that doesn't sound like Selina at all!" I yell at her standing up.

"Is she going to be alright?" The redhead asks the doctor.

"No," the doctor says simply causing both myself and the redhead to freak out.

"What do you mean, "no"?" We both ask simultaneously.

"Tell me she is going to be alright," the redhead says.

"She's going to be alright," the doctor says reassuringly.

"No, you're just saying that because I,, ugh. Just, tell us the truth," she says calmly.

"We've tried everything. All we can do is make her comfortable," the doctor says honestly.

"God damn it, what do you mean you've tried everything? She is dying!" I yell at the poor excuse for a doctor.

"Leave us and don't come back," the redhead says to the doctor before turning back to me. I watch in astonishment as the doctor does exactly that, she turns and walks out without another word. "Who are you?" The redhead asks me.

"I am Isabelle Carmen, Selina's friend. I found her laying down unconscious. Now who are you?" I ask kind of rudely.

"I'm Ivy Pepper, Selina's friend also," she says to me before turning to Selina's unconscious body. "Don't listen to them, Selina. They don't know what I know. They can't do what I can do. I will heal you. I promise," Ivy says matter of factly before she turns to me. "Come with me."

I don't even question it as I grap my things and follow her out of the door. "Where are we going?" I ask her.

"My plants, they are the only way to heal Selina," Ivy says as we walk out of the hospital doors.
