The Girl with the Clock (sorry! on hiatus)

Chapter 2

-Hikari's Journal-

We once lived with my mom and dad, but Mum just died after a freak accident, there was a chemical reaction in the lab, she used to work there as a chemist, and Dad, he is in search of something beyond our Universe, but, he never came back. Our great-grandfather was taking care of us, until he died of old age. We lived in an orphanage for almost half of our lives. I was flustered when I saw that the clock bag was kind of ticking, but before, it wasn't giving a sound at all, I somewhat assumed that it's broken, but I still need to keep it.

Once, there was this blast that happened on Section 3, Kale Street, almost near our area. I ran to that place to see what was going on. It was some kind of hole that appeared in the middle of the road, but a glitched one. It seemed to be corrupted and dangerous. This is the time of my journey, where I save the world from any issues.

Before that blast happened, we were in the living room, which there was books here and there, Hikaru was reading his book about Astronomy, and all of a sudden, we heard a knock on the door,  as Hikaru went to open the door, "Hikaru, we're not allowed to open the door, we're not even familiar with that knock." I said, and as the door opened, one female being with a white gown came into the living room, "Oh my. How wondrous this place is!", she said, with giggles back and forth, "Wh-Who are you?", I blurted out, "Don't fear, I am Nova, Guardian of Time. I control the power of beginning and ending. I know you have been practicing your powers, little one. But, we have a serious dilemma awaiting in your town." She said, "What are you talking about?", "There is an upcoming glitch who was about to take over your universe. We will need your help to eradicate the enemy."

Do I have to do this?

For the sake of my life and the Universe... I will...

"I'm in...", I said, "Karrie! Let me come with you, please?", Hikaru pleaded, "Ruu, you have to stay here... the glitch is dangerous..." He held tight of my leather blazer, "I think I know something about this glitch. Let me come.", "Alright, Ruu. You can come now, whatever is happening, I won't ever lose you."

Then, the house was darkened, in pitch black, and Boom! The blast came from near Section 3, Kale Street. 

That woman then grabbed our hands, "We will need your assistance. Right to this day!" A hole appeared near my foot, "Hold on!", I cried, as Miss Nova is preparing for 'takeoff'
