The Adventures of Parenthood with Catra and Adora (and Finn!)

A Happy Family

     "I don't want to! I want  Teddy!" Finn screamed as he kicked his legs wildly, crying while Catra tried to put him in his booster seat in the van. "Finn listen to me, Teddy will be up front with mommy and I okay? We don't want you to drop him while we're driving." Catra tried but Finn just screamed and cried some more. Adora waved her up front, "He'll be alright. He'll tire himself out." She said while Catra nodded with a sigh and got into the car. "These new things Entrapta invented are weird but I like them." Adora chuckled as she began to drive, putting on some music to drone up some of Finn's crying.
     "Finn baby, how are you doing back there?" Catra asked, adjusting the rear view mirror to look at Finn who was quietly crying now. He nodded while rubbing his snotty nose with his sleeve, resulting in Catra cringing and handing him a tissue. "Give me your hand baby." Catra cooed as she reached behind to hold out her hand, feeling Finn's tiny one in her palm. "No more crying okay?" She said and rubbed her thumb over his tiny fist while he nodded. "I love you mama." Finn sniffled while Catra and Adora chuckled. "We love you too baby, now what do you want to listen to?" Finn beamed and shouted out his favorite song of all time. Baby Shark. Adora groaned as Catra put the song on.
     The next few hours it was just Baby Shark. Catra laughed and sang along, looking at her wife in amusement while Adora glared at the road. Catra looked behind her to see Finn had fallen asleep so she turned the song off and took Adora's hand. "I'm so glad we have Finn now." She whispered lovingly as she looked at her wife. Adora smiled and nodded, "I am too. Now I have the best wife and the best kitten baby in all of Etheria!" As Adora slowed to a stop to let other cars passed she looked back at her wife lovingly. The two making googly eyes at each other before going back to doing their own things. I married the most amazing woman. Catra thought as her tail flicked against Adora's thigh as she drove. Leaning back Catra put Teddy in Finn's tiny arms so he'd have a nice surprise when he woke up. Both Catra and Adora knew for sure he'd wake up when they arrived at the amusement park. Adora sighed and looked at her family happily, it was a small family. But a happy one.
