The Adventures of Parenthood with Catra and Adora (and Finn!)

Finn has a Question

     "Mama?" Finn asked quietly as he tugged on Catra's sweater sleeve. (That Aunt Casta knitted for her) "Yes little baby?" Catra replied as she picked him up, nuzzling his cute little button nose. "I read the little writing on Grandma Angella's statue and how...how you caused the portal." Catra nearly dropped Finn out of shock and was flooded with feelings of guilt and shame. She wanted to hide herself away from her son for forever out of embarrassment. "Is it true you killed Grandma Angella?" Catra's ears flattened as she avoided eye contact. "Yes, yes it's true. Mama did some bad things before reuniting with Mommy again. I was very..spiteful. Hateful. You'll learn more about it when you're older." Finn scrunched up his nose in thought, "Are you..bad?" He asked nervously, sad that his mother might be a villain instead of the hero he sees her as. "Mama is trying to be good so things like that don't happen again. Now go play sweetie." Finn nodded and gave Catra a kiss on her cheek before she placed him down to go play. Strong arms encased her body from behind, "I'm proud of you." Adora's voice murmured softly into her ear. "Me too,"
