It had been many moons since Pavement had been forced out of his home. He crept out of the den every night to talk to Dockpaw. "Hey! Dockpaw!" He whispered. The cat spun around. It was clearly not Dockpaw. It's a white she-cat with ginger spots and green eyes. "You're not Dockpaw." he wrinkled his nose.

"Who do you think you are, rogue." the she-cat hissed.

"I'm waiting for my friend, Dockpaw." Pavement bared his teeth. The she-cat's eyes widened.

"You want to see my brother?" she whispered.

"Wait. You're Daisypaw?" Pavement gasped with realization.

"Yeah? Dockpaw keeps talking about you." Daisypaw said.

"Really?" Pavement asked.

"At first I was all like, nope!" Daisypaw chuckled.

"Where's Dockpaw though?" Pavement asked again.

"Oh. He can't come. He accidentally clawed his denmate and got sentenced for a moon to stay in camp. He told me to meet you."

"Well...can we still meet?" Pavement said, his ears turning hot.

"That's what Dockpaw wanted." Daisypaw smiled. "So I guess that is a yes." Pavement could just leap with excitement.

"Okay! See you tomorrow night!" Pavement smiled.

"See you!" she also smiled. Pavement climbed back into his nest. That night, all he could think of is Daisypaw.

Daisypaw's POV (1st Person):

No, no, no, no! I can't have feelings for him! I can't have feelings for a rogue! Oh no! I can't! Thoughts rushed in my head. Pavement. That tom I met today. He's so cute! I just can't stop staring into his deep hazel eyes. This feelings...is it...love? No! I can't be! I closed my eyes and fell asleep. I opened my eyes and I'm in a den. A different den. Where am I? I am...bigger...and more slender. I heard yowls.

"Daisypool! Push! The kits are coming out!" our medicine cat, Honeydrop said. I yowled. I didn't want to. I tried to stand up, I can't. I'm in my body, but I can't control it! I yowled again. Soon, I lay with three kits. One which looks exactly like Pavement and another who looks exactly like me. The last one looked different. She was a cream tabby with darker stripes.

"What are you going to name them, Daisypool?" Dockpaw asked.

"I don't know, Dockleaf, but I want this dilute tortie to be Pavementkit," I said. I couldn't believe it. Am I seeing the future?

"After Pavement?" he whispered. I nodded. "But he left! He left you and your kits..." I stared in shock. Pavement left?

"I told him to leave." The so-called Daisypool said. I was left in complete shock. What? I told Pavement to leave?

"Daisypool, why?" Dockleaf asked.

"I don't want to talk anymore." I manage to say without Daisypool talking for me.

"Fine," Dockleaf said. Then he left the den.

"Sandkit and Creamkit." I heard myself saying.

Pavement's POV:

"Pavement! Keep your head out of clouds!" Cream shouted.

"Sorry, Cream. I was just thinking about Lily....and Chalk...and Snow...and Frosty." Pavement lied. Cream's gaze softened.

"I know you still miss her, but she is walking in Starclan-" Silver gently said.

"Shush! If anyone says something about Starclan, then we're doomed!" Cream wacked Silver with sheathed claws.

"Sorry, Cream." Silver bowed her head. Pavement is curious. Who or what is this Starclan?

"What is Starclan?" he dared to ask. Cream snapped her sharp gaze at him. "Sorry, nevermind." That night, he crept out of bed again.

"Psst! Daisypaw!" he hissed.

"Pavement!" she purred.

"Don't forget me!" said a voice.

"Dockpaw! You're back!" Pavement cried.

"I see you have fallen for my beautiful sister. Almost every tom is mooning over her, but...she can't stop talking about you," Dockpaw sighed. Pavement chuckled.

"I just can't stop thinking about her." Pavement fidgeted.

"Hello-o! I'm still here!" Daisypaw waved her tail.

"Oh yeah." Pavement blushed. "Hey! You know, you guys can meet my family!" Daisypaw and Dockpaw stared at him like he was crazy.
