Chalk scraped at the garbage bags. Food poured out. Perfect... he thought. This is enough to feed Lily. At the thought of Lily, he became worried. She has been growing fatter and fatter. Chalk grabbed some scraps. The cream bobtailed tom bounded back to his territory. "Lily! I'm back!" he cried. Then...he heard mews. "Lily?" he took a step further. His eyes rested onto his mate. Five figures lay next to her.
"Chalk! You're back!" Lily purred.
"What are those?" Chalk growled. "Don't tell me they're kits."
"I'm so sorry, Chalk. I know you don't want kits, but...these are your kits..." Lily's voice cracked.
"Well, kill them." Chalk snarled.
"W-w-w-what?" Lily stuttered.
"I said kill them." he shouted.
"No! They are my kits!" Lily curled her tail around them protectively. Chalk snarled. He walked slowly to her. He raised a paw and slammed it down on Lily's face. Lily screeched. Three marks were left of Lily's left cheek. "Why Chalk?" Lily sobbed.
"I already told you, I don't want kits!" Chalk yowled. He reached out and snatched up a brown kit.
"Chalk! No! Don't you dare!" Lily screeched. Chalk didn't listen. He put the kit into his mouth and shook his head wildly. Chalk threw the kits to the side. Lily screeched even more. "You killed him! You killed my precious kit!" Chalk has this evil glint in his eye now. he walked forward more. Just when he is reaching for the dilute tortie, a cat slammed into him.
"Lily, how dare you-" Chalk snarled. He stopped when he saw his attacker. "Hello, Frosty." The attacker bared his teeth.
"Don't you dare touch her or her kits." Frosty growled.
"Frosty, Frosty, Frosty." Chalk shook his head. "It doesn't mean that you are Lily's father, you can come into our territory." Chalk unsheathed his claws.
"I invited him." Lily said.
"What?" Chalk glared at her.
"I said, I invited him." Lily repeated.
"She invited her whole family." Frosty stood over Lily protectively. His fur is bristling. Three she-cats came out the dark.
"Hello, Silver, hello Cream. And hello...Snow." Chalk smiled.
"Shut up, Chalk." Silver circled him.
"Don't you dare hurt our sister and her kits." Cream joined in the Silver.
"HOW DARE YOU HURT MY LILY!!!" Snow cried. Lily watched her mother brutally slashed Chalk's face.
"We are moving in. And we are watching you, Chalk." Cream glared at him. Chalk flattened his ears.
