"It feels good, in my heart, in my soul,
When you're right here beside me
I don't ever want this day to end
We can watch the waves, have a Coke
And you sit here beside me
Take a little long my heart again
So we can feel whatever you feel..."

Avici - It feel good⭐

Things didn't take long to resume their course for Andy after that famous weekend. Gina had finished her last days of class and EJ had resumed his usual cliché jock behavior.

It was both relaxing and depressing for Andy.

Relaxing, because things were finally getting back to normal. Well, sort of. As it turned out the robotics room caught fire over Thanksgiving weekend and a bad news always bringing another in, the theater room had also burned down in the process. So the rehearsals had been canceled.

For once, Andy had been able to devote herself fully to training. Something that had delighted her coach. Unlike the brunette Lopez.

Which explained the depressing side.

It turned out that the tables had been turned between her and Ricky. Now, he was the only one ignoring her. This had obviously led Red to do the same with her. Now she wasn't particularly the clingy type but she could definitely tell she felt a prick of pain in her chest as she attempted to greet the duo by waving her hand just to watch Ricky and Red turn around immediately.

It had been one of the worst lonely moments of her life.

"I still can't believe the tables have turned in such a short time. I really have to keep up with you."Holly sighed as she watched Big Red and Ricky from afar alongside Andy."It's kind of like a telenovela but without the Spanish."

Andy rolled her eyes before returning her eyes to Ricky chatting with a smile with Big Red. She took in his profile and defined jaw with a feeling of adoration before feeling the frustration again take over. She really didn't understand how she had managed to pass on the losing side. She was Andy freaking Lopez for god sake!

She wasn't one of those pathetic girls who cried over a boy. Even though this boy had eyes as melting and bewitching as a bar of chocolate. It didn't really matter that he could get her heart racing with just a look. It didn't matter that he could make her smile with just a smile.

None of that mattered.

She was her own person. She wasn't dependent on anyone and-oh god, who was she trying to fool? She was head on heels for freaking Ricky Bowen.
