Motherly instincts

After Bella had woken from her transition, Edward had immediately taken her out to hunt. Hannah was in the living room with everyone else when she heard the couple outside,  returning from their hunt.

"Bella's back!" Hannah exclaimed and shot up from her seat. Jake and little Sarah followed her.

She heard her family chuckling at her excitement. She burst out the front door as Edward and Bella were coming out of the forest.

"Bella!" Hannah called and Bella chuckled at her best friend's hyper reaction. She saw Jacob with Sarah in his arms walking behind Hannah and she smiled. Hannah went to go and hug Bella but Jake quickly held her back.

"Woah! Hey, hang on. Newborn remember?" Jake chuckles, holding onto Hannah's waist.

"Jacob, you're still here?" Bella questioned him

"So are you. I didn't expect you to seem so... You" Jake replied "Except for the creepy eyes"

" I would keep my distance for now " Bella advised them as Hannah tried to break free and hug her.

"It's safer for the baby to see how you so with us first" Jake responded

"Since when did you care about Renesmee?"

Jake, Hannah and Edward all shared a look and Edward subtly shook his head.

"Alright, Hannah, go on" Jake let go of Hannah letting her run to Bella

"No biting now, Bella" he jokingly warned as Hannah pulled the newborn into a tight hug.

"I told you, you'd make it" Hannah muttered to Bella before wincing at how strong she suddenly was.

"Okay, I didn't think this through... can't breath" Hannah choked, tapping Bella's arm, telling her to let go. Bella chuckled and released her hold on the blonde.

"Daddy, can I?" Sarah pleaded, wanting to go hug her aunt.

"Okay" Jake sighed and put Sarah down" But be careful alright"
