Spencer
Snow fell onto the street as he walked to the FBI headquarters. His feet taking him to his work without him even paying attention. His thoughts going to the case the BAU had been working on the previous week. Five kids mutilated and tortured in Detroit. All of the cases had some sort of impact on him but child cases hit him the hardest. He always wanted a kid but work never permitted it. He had no idea how his coworkers had spouses and families, he couldn't even get a date let alone a girlfriend.
The young man sighed as he reached the sixth floor and inevitably the BAU. Smiling as he looked at his team, his family through everything that's happened. Heading to the bullpen his lips returning to their normal state. He shrugged off his overcoat and go bag by his desk listening to Garcia and Derek gossiping about the new psychologist coming in to consult on the newest case.
Y/N
You woke up to weight on top of your chest, groaning as you spoke "Good morning to you to Casper". Shoving your dog off of you checking the time. 7:34 Shit you were late. You rolled out of bed, quickly showering and getting dressed. You applied minimal makeup to your face, mascara, and a pale pink lip. You filled Casper's food dish before grabbing your bag and running out of your apartment.
You normally could sleep in until 9 not having a client until about 10 am. But today was different you had to consult on a case for the BAU about four of your clients. Your client, Jade Smith was an orphan she has been on her own since she was 16. She was kidnapped and you were the only person close to her to give them information on what she was like. The 3 previous clients that were taken had a few friends that were able to be interviewed about what they were like.
As soon as you arrived at your car, you hurried over to the FBI Headquarters, praying you wouldn't be too late, she had been abducted last night and you were told to come in for 8 that morning. You checked the time as you pulled into the parking lot, 8:03.
You shook your head cursing at yourself for sleeping through your alarm as you rushed up to the sixth floor. That's when you saw him. A tall figure, he had to be at least 6 feet tall, compared to your 5'2", he towered over you. He had chin-length brown curly hair, he leaned against a desk. He had his back towards the door, his other team members you guessed were facing him and you could make out their faces.
A tall bald dark-skinned man who had to be at least 10 years older than you was the closest to the door. Standing next to him was a blond woman with an eccentric taste in clothes, talking with him about something. You couldn't tell what it was until you got up the courage to open the door to the unit.
You finally gathered enough courage and opened the door to the Behavioral Analysis Unit, hearing the gossiping quiet and all eyes turned to you.

Spencer looked over his shoulder as he heard the door open, standing in the entryway of the BAU was a beautiful woman, younger than him but not by much. She wore a black pencil skirt with a pale pink button-up tucked into it, her dark hair loose framing her face. From what he could see either no makeup or very little.
'So this must be the psychologist' he thought back to the conversation Derek and Garcia were having.
Hotch came out of his office as she came closer to the bullpen. "Ah everyone welcome Dr. Y/F/N. She'll be helping us on our case" he spoke as he came down to meet with us.
Hotch introduced the team a small smile creeping onto Spencer's lips as he looked her over. She couldn't have been any younger than 27, especially if she was a doctor. When Hotch introduced Spencer she held a hand out to shake, "Actually it would be safer for us to kiss" Spencer rambled off, about the number of germs passed between a handshake compared to kiss, hearing her let out a small giggle at the comment.
