Chapter Four
Words: 437

I jumped awake, feeling my left cheek start to expand a tingling sensation. I lifted my heavy eyes and blinked several times before I got a clear image of Black standing over me. Groaning, I held my face.
"Did you just slap me awake? I guess I didn't get the memo that we were still in primary school."

"You are awake, aren't you? Get up, Lee," Black spat at me, pulling me by the hem of my shirt, making me fall to the icy cold floor with an echoing thud.

"Tsk tsk tsk, better not let our adviser hear you call me by my name, Dorian," I mocked with a sleepy smile.

We must be in orbit now...that's good, I was expecting we'd have troubles with the ship and have a similar fate as Unit One.
I pushed myself off of the floor, nudging Black away from me as I put on my uniform that's hanging near my capsule. Black left, leaving me alone in the room.

I walked out of the room, finding myself in the cafeteria with all of the crew members surrounding the middle, blue table. I walked up to it, standing beside White as Pink began reading the cryptic note when she saw me.

"What 'game'," I scoffed, "This is ridiculous that you guys are falling for this, somebody is just fucking with us."

"Who would 'fuck' with us as a form of enjoyment in a situation as serious as this? They even mentioned Unit One...and the thing about the two imposters? So, if it is a joke, two of you are responsible," Orange says, folding her arms, scanning the room as if to mentally point fingers.

"Yes, I agree," Pink starts, "However, they aren't just going to speak up about it. I hate to say it but let's just...ignore it for now until it becomes an issue. All we have is an anonymously written note."

Black then took out five square-shaped plaques, throwing them on the table.
"Tasks, found them in my pocket, let's get them done. We are to complete these every day to prevent...mishaps like Unit One. Or I could complete them all as I don't trust any of you with our collective lives," Black says in a deep, monotonous voice.

"I think we split them up since I don't trust you with our collective lives," I say, taking a task that has my color labeled.
Everyone else started to take their task card as well.

Black took his and rolled his eyes, sighing for a moment before pushing past me.
