Chapter 15: NEW INSPECTOR (ALLIANCE)

"Mom, dad, were here" bungad ko, "Oh, there they are. My son Adrien and daughter Kathrine. By the way, these are our business partner, the Agreste industries" pakilala ni mommy. Umupo naman kasmi at sumakto pa na katabi ko yung lalaki na ka-edad ko. "Kathrine, I've heard so much about you. Please, call me tita Luz and tito Arnold" sabi ng babaeng ansa mid-forites niya. "And this is our son, Allen Agreste" pakilala niya sa anak. "Hi!" sabi ko doon sa lalaki, "Hey. Its nice to meet you too" he said at ngumiti na lang ako. 

"Darling, we have a confession to make. Don't worry, your brother has already agreed to this" sabi ni mommy at sinulyapan si kuya na hindi ako matignan-tigan. Ok, anong tinatago niyo? "Please don't take the wrong way but.. we agreed to have you and Allen be girlfriend and boyfriend, like a couple. Only for pretend." What in the world are they talking about?! "We have no other choice. Unless a peace treaty has been made, the two companies will be at each other's throat. So, please, will you accept?" sabi ni tito Arnold. Ano bang pinaguusapan nila eh di pa nga ako nagkaka-boyfriend kahit kailan tas ngayon may acting na magaganap? Unbelievable!! 

"I.. I need a moment" halos mapiyok ako ng masabi iyon. Agad akong tumayo at lumabas, dang! hart, kalma lang. Pagisipan mo muna ito, look in both sides. Don't judge too quickly, take it easy. Fhew!!

"Kitty! Wait!!" narinig kong pahabol ni kuya at sinundan ako. "Let me explain" he said. EH?!

"Explain?! Why would you agree to that?! Wala pa akong boyfriend dahil maraming akong responsibilidad. As in, napakarami. Even more that you can handle! So why would you agree to his? Huh! Pinaglalaruan mo lang ba ako, kuya? Sabihin mo sa kanila na ayaw ko. Ayoko mapunta sa gitna ng dalawang companies. I can't take so much! Tao rin ako! May feelings then!!" umiiyak na pala ako. 

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner, but listen to me, I agreed to this because I know you can handle this. You are a Morisson and you never show any weakness. Besides, this is only for pretend. Look, you think that I don't know that your investigating the M cases? Well, news flash. I know your associates with Luthor and Jake. And I am Luthor's source. I am a part of their organization but it doesn't mean that I'm on their side. Like Luthor, I'm also infiltrating them. I am doing this ebcaus eof you. I want to protect you like any brother would, so I know your responsibilities, even the secret that you've been trying to keep for more than three years now. You don't think I don't know about this? Your Enchantress, the best secret agent of all time. That's is why I allowed you to deal with Moriarty, because I trust you that you can handle him. I admit, I am a part of the agency, and i know that I am saying too much but to make everything short, agree to this. Its the only way"

What the flippin' heck?! He's a part of the agency?! He knows I'm Enchantress?! He's a part of their organization?! He's Luthor's source?! What else don't I know?! "O..Ok" nagkakadautal-utal kong sagot. Gosh! Ang dami kong kailangan i-process!!

"I have decided to agree to this conundrum" I declared at sumaya naman sila. Di na kumibo pa hanggang matapos ang discussion nila. 

Why is this even happening to me?! Napaka komplikado talaga ng buhay ko. This is not normal for a teenage girl you know. Crimes, murders, pretend dating, rival companies, Moriarty, detective works, world dominations and secret agencies. This is NOT normal. Look at me, I'm just a grade 11 student and this is my life already, pano pa kaya sa twenties ko or even my adulthood! I guess being NORMAL like everyone else is not in my vocabulary. Hanggang imagination ko lang iyon.

"Good morning kitty!" masiglang bati sa akin ni Jake, "Ah.. good morning rin" balik ko at pili na ngumiti. Who knew pagkatapos ng isang araw magkakaroon na ko ng boyfriend? Di pa rin ako nakapag-move on sa mga nalaman ko kahapon. Ang pretend dating at lahat ng alam ni kuya.
