4. Vacation house

When we were seated in the car it was a little bit awkward, Emily was talking to Michael and Calum was talking to Ashton, leaving me and Luke over. I wasn't the most social person so I didn't start a conversation with him, I'm so awkward. I felt weird because before I had met the boys Luke was so different than he is now. Does he hate me or something? I was cut out of my thoughts by the voice of Ashton.

'So Zoey tell us something about yourself' he says.

'Okay wel, I'm Zoey I'm 18 years old, I have two older brothers and I love singing and soccer' I say.

'You like soccer? Are you good at it?' Michael asked me.

'I don't know ,I'm average I guess' I said but then Calum interrupted me.

'What do you mean you're average? you're so fucking good at it!' He said. I looked confused at him.

'Don't believe her guys, Zoey is one of the best soccer players I have ever met. And actually I met her at my soccer training, I was playing a game with my team and she asked if she could join when we were like 6. I thought she would be bad so I said yes and when the game finished she won.' he said. I laughed.

'Wow really Zoey?' Michael asked.

'Well yeah kind of'

'Are you still better than him?' Ashton asked.

'No, we are even now, she plays at a very high level and I would too if I wasn't in the band.' Cal said quickly.

All the boys looked at me amazed inclusive Luke.

'We really need to play soccer with you sometimes'Ashton said.

'Hahaha yes that will be fun!' I said.

A couple minutes later we arrived at the vacation house.

'This is our place to stay this vacation' Cal said and let me and the others into the house.

'Wow it's so beautiful' Me and Emily said.

'Thanks.'

'Let me give you a house tour.' Ashton said and led me to the kitchen.

'Okay so here we have the living room' he said. I looked around, it was so big, there was an huge tv and couch. He led me to another room 'Here we have the kitchen' he said.

I looked around and I couldn't believe my eyes! there was an huge fridge!

'wow that's an huge fridge!' I said.

'Yeah it is , we are 4 big aussies so there needs to be a lot of food! Hahahaha' We laughed.

He led me to another room but this time we used the stairs.

'So this is your room' he said.

'wow it's so big thanks!.

"No problem! now go dress into your bikini 'cause we're going swimming!"
He cheered.

"Really where?" I asked.

"In the backyard.' He said as My eyes opened really wide.

'We have a swimming pool? Oh my god!"

"Yeah hahaha so I see you in ten minutes' He said and left me in the room.

I grabbed my suitcase and opened it. I searched for my red bikini and threw all my other stuff on my bed. There it was! I quickly undressed and dressed back in my bikini. I am really insecure about my body so it was an huge step for me to just go swim with them. I put on my sunglasses and went downstairs.

Emily was already at the pool with the boys. I opened the door and went outside they were all talking and Luke was in the middle of a discussion with Ashton, but when I walked towards them they were all silent and stared at me.

'Why are you all staring at me?' I asked curious.

'Nothing just because you look hot in that bikini' Michael said with a smirk.

I blushed and sat down. Luke was glaring at Michael and I had no idea why. I really think he does hate me.

Everybody was in the pool except for me, because I don't want to get wet.

'Zoey aren't you coming in?'

'Nope, maybe later' I reply to Michael.

'aww' 'I'll make you come in the swimming pool' Calum said and went out of the pool walking towards me.

'oh yeah? How?' I asked daring him, but then he came really close and grabbed me on his back.

'Cal...Calum..! No what are you doing! No!!' I tried begging him but it was too late He threw me into the swimming pool with him. When I finally came above the water I threw water at Calum.

'Now I'm all wet!' I said, but realized it sounds really wrong.

'Wait no that sounds weird' I said and everybody laughed at me. I blushed like crazy.

'Let's play volleybal!' Ashton said, we all agreed and made teams.

'Okay me, Emily and Calum, and Michael, Luke and Zoey' Ashton said. 'Okay your team begins' he says. I served the ball and I immediately scored.

'Wow Zoey you're a natural!' Michael said. 'Well thank you!' I thanked him.

After a while of playing Calum smashed a ball and I tried to smash it back but I fell right on Luke and he went under water.

'Oh my god I'm so sorry' I said and made sure he was okay, but what I didn't see earlier was that his eyes were so beautiful they are as blue as the ocean! He stared at me in the eyes and quickly murmured a short 'doesn't matter' and swam away. God what was happening?
