26. Lie

•Megan's POV•
I didn't expect so see Zoey in Luke's house. I used to ruin her life back in my old school, I guess I can continue that while we are on tour together. I snap out of my thought as the door opens.

An angry Luke comes inside the living room.

"What the fuck did you do to Zoey?" He asks as he walks over to me angrily.

I back off a little and touch his shoulders.

"What are you talking about?" I ask with my innocent voice and look him in the eyes, maybe my big hazel eyes will hypnotize him.

He looks at my eyes, apparently it worked.

"I... I" he says as he backs away.

"I mean why did you bully her?" He asked, sounding more confident now.

Okay... now it's acting time, that little bitch asked for it. Why would she tell him? This is the time I try to win Luke back, she ruined it at the club when we kissed, so now I'm going to grab my chance.

I start looking sad as I try to make the tears run down my face. Here we go.

"Did... Did she tell you that?" I sniffed. Oh there come the tears.

Luke came closer to me and looked at me with guilt in his eyes.

"Don't cry" he shushed me.

"Why are you crying?" He asked.

"Luke did you made her cry? Fucking jerk" Michael says.

Michael grabs me and places me on the couch.

"Why are you crying Megan?" Emily asks as she sees me.

I look at her with my puffy eyes and make sure that Luke will hear me.

"I... well...I" I begin.

"Luke just told me that Zoey told him that I bullied her." I blunted out.

They all looked at me in shock. They all know me as the sweet little girl from the club who later became a friend. But I will stay that innocent girl, believe me.

"Well... did you?" Calum asked with his jaw clenched. Oh yeah forgot that he and Zoey were best friends.

I try to let another tear drop and I achieve. I look sad again and continues my story.

"N-n...no I didn't. She was the one who bullied me... I had no friends in my other school and she made my life even worse, she used to bully me because my mother doesn't love me." I said crying.

They all looked at me as if I was joking.

"What? No Zoey wouldn't do that!" Calum screamed at me.

"Calm the fuck down Calum, don't you see she's crying?" Mikey said.

Calum looked angry at me and I began to cry even harder.

"I-I... If you don't believe me it's fine, no one believes me, she looks like the innocent girl, but she isn't." I said.

Luke looked at me, he seemed to believe it.

"I can't believe she did that..." Luke said disappointed looking at the ground.

Calum came closer to Luke.

"Do you really believe her?" He asked.

"Of course I do! She is fucking crying and you still don't believe that your friend did this?" Luke asked him.

Good, now is Luke on my side, he can be my boy now.

"Why the fuck would you believe her? You only know her for two weeks! And Zoey is your girlfriend! You should be defending Zoey not her!" Calum screamed at him.

Michael and Ashton calmed Luke and Calum down.

After a view minutes of silence Luke suddenly spoke.

"I need to tell you guys something" Luke says.

"You can tell us anything mate" ashton said as he gave him a shoulder pat.

"But Emily and Megan could you please leave the room?" he asked.

Me and Emily did as he said and I tried to overhear them talking but I didn't succeed. Well looks like my little play is over.

•Calum's POV•
"Tell us what you want to tell" Mikey says to Luke.

"Well first" Luke says as he looks at me.

"Please promise you won't beat me up after you hear this" he asks me.

"I will try, now tell what you want to tell." I say coldly.

Luke takes a deep breath and speaks.

"I have known Megan for a longer time, she used to be my girlfriend, I loved her so much but she suddenly disappeared. I was so scared of what could've happen to her" Luke says.

"Wow did that really happen Luke?" Ashton asks.

"Yes... and that night when we went to the club with Zoey and Emily... I saw Megan. I still have a weak point for her. When I didn't see Zoey anywhere I decided to go talk to Megan..." he said until I under broke him.

"SHE WAS THE GIRL WHO YOU KISSED?!" I yelled at him jumping out of my seat, standing straight.

"Yes... she was. But I was so drunk! And I don't know what was wrong with me! I really do like Megan." Luke said.

I couldn't believe it, that girl played him so hard and he couldn't even see it! That fucking idiot! I'm not gonna let him break my best friend's heart again!

"Why do you believe Megan?" Ashton asked him.

"Because... She told me she disappeared because her mother abused her and didn't want to live with her anymore, and Megan said Zoey used to bully her because of her mother." Luke said.

Bullshit.

"Whatever guys, I'm going to Zoey. I don't want my best friend's heart to break anymore." I say as I grab my stuff.
