"who's imogene?" alyssa asks with folded arms as she stands in front of the boys' lunch table.
"she's the girl kairi's in love with!" mattia smirks and kairi rolls his eyes and shoves his shoulder playfully.
"she's a girl i've been talking to—"
"but she doesn't know that they're talking and she keeps friend zoning him." alejandro cut him off laughing.
kairi rolled his eyes. "i still need to talk to her about that.. but yeah," he shrugs. "she's the girl who keeps friend zoning me."
alyssa smiles and nods before taking a seat next to alejandro. "where does she live?"
"canada.."
alyssa's eyes widen. "i'm going to canada next week to see my grandma! you guys could join me and we could meet her!" she suggests.
kairi and the boys all nod. "how long?"
alyssa shrugs. "i'm real close with my grandma so it may be for a couple months but you guys can leave at anytime you want. i'm not holding you back."
the boys nod. "great! i'll text her."

i'm coming to canada for a couple months!
i still need to check with my mom first and she may even put me into one of the high schools there since i'll be there for a couple months!
