imogene had her head down on the desk and was almost falling asleep but every now and then somebody would scream in the class causing her to look up.
"hey, partner!" a loud giggle was heard causing imogene to look up and see katie.
she sighed and sat up and rested her head on her hand.
"who's kairi?" katie rolls her eyes as she asks the question and begins to get her booklet out. "i saw him do tiktoks and posting on his instagram about you."
"he's just a friend.." imogene shyly said and pulled her sleeve down to cover her hand.
"sure," she sighs and rolls her eyes again. "i mean who would be daft enough to set their eyes on you."
imogene nods and starts to write in the booklet.
"so you're going to do the work and then bring it back in so i can sign my name on it and we can give it to the teacher."
imogene nods once again as tears want to make their way to her eyes but she forces them down.
she can't cry in front of katie..
