I'm Blue (Dabi x OC)

The Deal

"Talk about what?" Toga asks voicing the question I'd been wondering myself. 
"Dabi informed me you were with the hunters,"   Shigaraki says looking to me. I just nod keeping my face emotionless.
"That's not all he informed us of," Toga adds giggling to herself. Dabi shot a look at her before turning back to me.
"Well I want an alliance," Shigaraki gestures to the space around him and the few people there.
"After what happened with Overhaul, there is no way Artemis would agree to it," I say frowning. It was true that our gangs, as the heroes call them, had worked together. Though we had never been informed of what had been happening to that girl, Eri. I had watched the fight go down at his manor, and immediately told Artemis of the false pretenses we had been led to believe.
"I am aware that my alliance with Overhaul was not the most- how do I say it?" He says scratching his neck.
"Our alliance wasn't the thing we had planned for," Dabi interjects.
I just nod. Toga seems bored out of her mind from the way she's twirling her hair and bouncing about the room.
"So what do you want from us in order to propose this idea to Artemis?" Shigaraki asks clearly agitated that I didn't grovel at his feet because of his relationship with All for One. Oh yeah I knew everything, news travels fast in the underworld. 
"What can you give me?" I ask not dodging the question but instead twisting it so that I could get information from them. Shigaraki glances to me before reaching up and scratching his neck again.
"That depends are you willing to help?" He asks.
"Honestly, I doubt Artemis will listen to anything I have to say, but I get around and I guess it would be good to have a couple people indebted to me," I say, laughing like all the big shots at my own joke. Dabi let's out a soft growl at that clearly annoyed to not be included in the conversation.
"Might want to keep him on a leash," I add.
Shigaraki actually laughs that along with Toga.
"What do you want me to do?"
"I have a letter that covers my proposal," Shigaraki says leaving the room to what I assume is an office.
"You didn't seem to be the type to use leashes,"
I whip my head towards Dabi as Toga chokes on her drink.
"Honestly you might look cute with a collar on though," I flip him off at this next comment.
Shigaraki returns handing me an envelope. "Dabi take your guest home, wouldn't want something to happen to her in the streets,"
He just grunts in response as I stand and make to leave.
"We're friends right?"
I glance over at Toga and nod. She just grins in response. Dabi walks briskly in front of me. I slip my phone out of my pocket and see a couple of messages from Rileigh at different points in the conversation. She is pissed at Dabi because of those last comments but besides that gets the gist of the deal. I send a message back on my way home. Suddenly, I hear a noise and jump towards Dabi in a defensive stance. He immediately opens his palms for the fire to escape from.
