"You two should come by Stark towers. It's all RND, I mean it's basically candy land for smart people." Alex told the group whilst they were working.
"Thanks but, the last time I was in New York I kind of, broke Harlem." Bruce said earning a laugh from the teenagers.
"Well I promise a stress free environment." Tony replied.
"I very much doubt that." Victoria muttered but Tony continued,
"No tension, no surprises." Just as he finished his sentence, Tony zapped him and stared at him, looking for a reaction.
Alex let out a stifled laugh whereas vic bit her lip to prevent her from doing the same.
"Hey!" Steve yelled storming into the room. Vic rolled her eyes and her and Alex went back to the screen and started to analyse some data. "Are you nuts?"
"Pretty much." Alex stated without looking up.
"You really have got a lid on it haven't you. What's your secret? Mellow Jazz, Bongo drums, huge bag of weed? " Tony said to banner, ignoring Steve's presence.
"Is everything a joke to you?"
"Funny things are." Tony said, pointing his electric pen at Steve.
"Threatening the safety of everyone on this ship isn't funny."
"No, what's funny is how many frown lines Tony gives you." Alex said and the two teenagers snickered at each other. Even though Victoria thought Alex was a huge snob and Alex thought Vic was too up-tight, the two were beginning to like each other's company. But that was probably because they had been stuck together.
"Your tip toeing big man, You need to strut!" Tony said.
"And you need to focus on the problem, Mr Stark!"
"What do you think we've been cooped up in this lab doing for the past 2 hours, making daisy chains and eating cupcakes?" Vic questioned.
"You know, why did Fury call us in, why now? Why not before? What isn't he telling us? I can't do the equation unless I have all the variables."
