"Loki means to unleash the hulk. Keep Banner in the lab. I'm on my way, meet me there." They heard Natasha say over the coms.
The girls looked at each other. The 4 of them made there way to the Lab. They got there before anyone else.
They walked in to see Banner and the Stark brothers behind a screen.
"I'm guessing those are the files you wanted?" Vic raised her eyebrow.
"Almost open. Brought a possy I see." Alex observed. "And are they-"
"Uninterested? Yes." Hope deadpanned.
They were interrupted by Fury walking into the Lab.
"What are you doing, Mr Stark?"
"Uh, kinda been wondering the same thing about you." He replied.
"You're supposed to be locating the tesseract!"
"We are. The model's locked and we're sweeping for the signature now. When we get a hit, we'll have the location within half a mile." Bruce replied.
"Perfect! So you can go now. Thanks for stopping by." Alex said while basically pushing Fury out of the door.
"What about you Victoria? Weren't you supposed to be helping them?" He turned to her.
"Erm, I was. And then I left." Vic replied matter-of-factly. "Look, you'll get your cube back don't worry."
Just then, everyone's head turned to a ping from the screen in front of Tony.
"What's phase 2?" Tony asked. They turned their attention to Fury and Victoria raised an eyebrow. Before fury could answer, a bang was heard from the table. It was Steve.
"Phase 2 is SHIELD uses the Cube to make weapons. Sorry, computer was moving a little slow for me." The group looked at Fury with shocked faces.
"Rodgers, we gathered everything related to the Tesseract. This does not mean we're making-!" Fury was cut of by Tony.
