Alex spun around in his desk chair and cracked his knuckles as he turned in his computer.
"Can you guys hear me. Testing, testing, 1, 2, 1, 2." He said slightly laughing.
"Stop laughing Alex this is serious." Tony said through the coms, "And yes, we can hear you."
He nodded and turned his attention to the screen. There were a few monitors in front of him so that he could keep tabs on everyone.
"Erm Tony, you sure your suit can hold up?"
"Yeah why?"
"No reason. Just be careful?"
"When am I ever careful?" The two brothers laughed.

"Please tell me you're going to appeal to my humanity." Loki mocked smugly.
"Uhh, actually I'm planning to threaten you."
"Oh, you should've left your armour on for that."
"Yeah. I've seen a bit of mileage and you've got the glow stick of destiny. Would you like a drink?"
"Oh god, where is he going with this?" Said Victoria as the team listened to the conversation and through the coms.
"Stalling me won't change anything."
"No, no, no. Threatening." Tony corrected, "No drink, you sure? I'm having one."
"The Chitauri are coming. Nothing will change that. What have I to fear."
"The avengers. That's what we call ourselves. We're sort of like a team."
"When did we agree on that name?" Lizzie asked annoyed as the conversation continued.
"Let's do a headcount, here. Your brother, the Demi-God. A super soldier, a living legend who kinda lives up to the legend. A man with breathtaking anger-management issues. What Fury told us was a trio of supernatural teenagers. A couple of master assassins and a girl I have no explanation for, she doesn't tell me much. However, you have managed to piss off every single one of them."
"Rude." Vic scoffed.
"He's not wrong." Steve replied.
"When they come, and they will. They'll come for you."
"I have an army-"
"We have a hulk!"
"Not at the moment we don't. Has anyone heard from him, or the god of lightning for that matter?" Hope asked the people on the Quinn Jet but they just stayed quiet, "Look, if this guy has an army then we need all the help we can get."
"They'll be here hope." Lizzie said giving her a reassuring smile.
All of a sudden, a blast went of beside them. Hope looked out the window. "They better get here soon... Loki's army's here..."
Nat deployed the guns and shot them at the Chitauri. Clint flew after them.
"Nat?" Clint said.
"I see him."
He then turned the Jet so that it was facing Loki and Nat once again deployed the weapons. However, they were too slow and got shot down by Loki's 'glow stick of destiny'.
The jet plummeted down as everyone held into something. It crashed into the sides of a few buildings before it crashed into the floor, leaving a cloud of dust.
Clint opened the door and they all ran outside.
"We gotta get back up there."
"No, I think we have time to grab a milkshake or something first." Vic said but it earned a look from the rest of the group so she added, "sorry, not the right time for sarcasm. Right."
"Oh silly Victoria, it's always the right time for sarcasm." Alex joked over the coms.
