Jungkook was groaning in annoyance when he heard his phone keep ringing. He felt his head was heavy because of the beers he drank last night. He tried to open his tired and lazy eyes to see who the heck dared to call him while he was having a good rest. His front was facing the soft grey mattress.
He took his vibrating phone on his bed and looked at the time. It was already 9:45 am but still early for him to wake up. He rolled his eyes not noticing that he got a lot of notifications from Taehyung. He answered the calls without knowing who was calling him.
"What?" He started asking with a stern in his tone.
"Koo"
He became sober hearing the deep velvety voice of Taehyung. He jolted from his bed, sitting in an Indian sit, and his senses were now normal.
"Yes, baby? Why did you call?" His voice was way more sweet and soft than earlier.
"Are you coming here?" Taehyung responded by asking.
"What do you mean, Tae? Is there something going on?" Jungkook bit his nails.
"It seems that you forgot about it, Koo."
Jungkook badly wants to punch himself when he heard Taehyung's frustrated and sad tone. He immediately looked at his text messages and remembered that he was supposed to go to Taehyung's house. He smacked his own forehead and screamed silently before he spoke.
"Of course not babe, what makes you think I forgot? That's so silly of you."
Jungkook stood up from his bed, rummaging in his cabinet to get ready and meet Taehyung and his hyung.
"You sounded like you forgot about last night tho." Taehyung uttered.
"What? I'm not, I just woke up when I answered your calls that's why I'm light-headed." Jungkook chuckled nervously.
Lies. He literally forgot their meetup today. He just remembered after reading their messages and Taehyung's current texts to him.
"I'm glad to hear that, Koo. Hyung was waiting for you and I'm excited to introduce you to him." Taehyung suddenly became enthusiastic.
Jungkook sighed in relief because his lies at least worked.
"I'll end this call, for now, I have to get ready so I can go now." Jungkook said when he already went inside his bathroom.
"Okay, see you later~" Taehyung sang.
"See you, baby." Jungkook smiled.
Once he ended the calls, he immediately take a quick shower. When he was done, he is currently driving his car. He saw a flower shop, he parked his car on the side of the road to buy some bouquets for Taehyung as an apology and surprise.
"Welcome sir, how can I help you?" The florist welcomed him with a smile.
"Uh, I would like to ask if there's a flower that symbolizes first love?" Jungkook asked.
"A light purple lilac, sir. It symbolizes first love and can be used to recall feelings of young love this Valentine's Day." The florist told him.
"Good, I want a bouquet please." Jungkook smiled and his eyes were glistening.
"Just wait for a moment and I'll make it for you, sir." The florist responded.
The florist made the bouquet in front of Jungkook.
"Are you going to confess your feelings, sir?" The florist asked arranging each stem of the lilac.
"Not really, just wanted to give it to him." Jungkook replied, giggling.
"It seems like the person was very special to you." The florist grinned noticing how Jungkook's face was so positive of joy.
"Yeah, he's very special, so so special." Jungkook smiled while blushing.
"It's done, thank you for ordering, sir. I hope you come back when you confessed to him." The florist chuckled.
"I will come back with him." Jungkook took the bouquet and admired it.

"Hoseok, help me with the rose!"
"I'll go now, thank you for the beautiful bouquet." Jungkook thanked the florist named Hoseok, bowed his head, and left the flower shop.

Jungkook was currently in front of Taehyung's house. He was sure it was Taehyung's address because the GPS told him so. He sucked a huge amount of air before he knock on the door. The door was opened by a tall man, taller than him.
For some reason, he felt scared noticing how broad the man's shoulders are and the serious face looking at him.
"Are you Jeon Jungkook?" Jin asked him.
"Y— yes, that's me, ha, ha." Jungkook awkwardly replied, rubbing the back of his neck, and cursing under his breath for being so obvious.
"And what's that bouquet for? I'm pretty sure Taehyung told me he will invite a friend, not a person who will court him." Jin stated, crossing his arms.
"Uh, what do you mean?" Jungkook asked confusedly.
"That flower means first love, am I right?" Jin grinned.
"Really? I don't know if it means something but I actually bought this for you. Taehyung told me to give you flowers because you like them."
Jungkook lied and decided to give up the flower he was supposed to give to Taehyung. He doesn't want to get caught, not right now. He swallowed hard when the broad-shoulder guy stared at the flowers. He can feel cold sweats forming on his forehead. If the ground could swallow him, he wants that to happen right now.
"Aww, you're so sweet, I'm glad Taehyung told you that. It's been a while since I got a bouquet. This is beautiful. You don't have to do this but I really appreciate it." Jin accepted the bouquet with his smile plastered on his face.
Jungkook was taken aback, he was surprised to see the guy's mood switch. He can't believe it. Can he take the flower back?
"Hyung, who's that? Is that Jungkookie?"
He came back to his senses when he heard Taehyung's voice again.
"Ah, yes, Tae baby, he's here now." Jin moves aside to show Jungkook.
Jungkook waved his hands and Taehyung run towards him, hugging him tightly. Jungkook chuckled and hugged him back totally forgetting that Jin was watching them.
